Epstein Protege Now In House

Stacey Plaskett, the Democratic delegate in the U.S. House from the U.S. Virgin Islands, has misled the public from the get-go. It turns out she’s not simply a corrupt and dirty politician, but she took lessons from the master himself — Jeffrey Epstein. Well, not exactly Epstein, but close enough. She worked for the disgraced financier’s personal lawyer and tax accountant.

So the next time Plaskett rips into conservatives, you can dismiss her crude charade. She’s another Deep State reject who ought to be ridden out of town on a rail, alongside all of the pedophiles that Epstein “entertained” on his island getaway in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Here’s more from journalist Lee Fang on The Hill’s Rising with Robbie Soave.

Just The Beginning?!?

Is the federal government soft-landing UFO truths? Does the government already have in its possession scores of crashed spacecraft fabricated by extraterrestrials?

Here, investigative journalist Leslie Kean weighs in on new claims surrounding UFOs and the U.S. government. Earlier this month, Kean and writer Ralph Blumenthal reported on assertions by U.S. Air Force officer and intelligence official David Grusch that the nation has in its possession a secret UFO retrieval program with multiple vehicles of non-human origin as well as records of dead pilots.

Big Lies From Big Tech

Big Tech leaders failed miserably in their much-anticipated hearing before the House Judiciary Committee earlier this week, basically lying through their teeth. The shameful performance was a display of deception and cowardice for Google’s Sundar Pichai, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos and Apple’s Tim Cook. Matt Stoller, research director for the American Economic Liberties Project emphasized that this was the most important Congressional hearing on corporate power since the 1930s, where the four CEOs faced questioning for the first time on their shady policies from well-prepared members of the committee. “These guys seem like they’re titans of industry, but all they really pay attention to is making sure that the toll booth that they control is in working order,” Stoller says. “But the rest of it–they don’t care.” Here’s more with Stoller and the “Rising” crew in this edition of The Hill.

Follow The Money

The New York Department of Financial Services filed a bombshell complaint against Deutsche Bank for its years-long association with Jeffrey Epstein. The complaint zeroes in on a new manager at the bank’s wealth-management division in 2013, who was friends with Epstein and recommended that it pursue him as a client. The manager not only noted that Epstein was super-wealthy, but also had a powerful network of friends, or “potential clients.” The bank ran a background check on Epstein and a memo was prepared for managers, revealing that Epstein was a convicted sex offender and included contemporaneous reports that he continued to victimize young girls. Despite the report, Deutsche Bank acknowledged receipt of the memo and approved his account anyway. That began a long relationship in which Epstein would use the bank as a sex-trafficking financing hub. The Hill’s Saagar Enjeti, who broke the story, says, “I think at its core, Epstein was a pedophile and he was a monster. But he was able to use that to enrich himself dramatically and then use that wealth to protect his pedophilia ring.”  Here’s more on the story from Enjeti.
