Tedros Adhanom, the Director-General of the World Health Organization, has sent out a Tweet that asks one thing of people: “Forgive.” But how can they forgive him? He had a duty to provide advance warning about the coronavirus coming our way from China. Instead, he downplayed the risk and provided cover for China, leaving the world at large in a much more vulnerable position.
