Julian Assange continues to fight extradition to the United States, and the UK Court heard arguments on why he should not be returned on a federal warrant. Julian Assange has been granted the right to an appeal. The United Kingdom’s Supreme Court will hear his case. He will remain in Belmarsh Prison while awaiting a hearing.
