Americans Finally Waking Up

Bill O’Reilly thinks Americans finally are realizing one of the worst mistakes in U.S. history: giving power to the progressive, Democrat Party. He says Nancy Pelosi’s decision to stop legislation that would pack the Supreme Court is proof that even she knows Americans are waking up to the Left’s radical plans.

But Glenn Beck isn’t so sure. Are Americans really waking up to the dangers of the far Left? Join O’Reilly and Beck in their analysis of the issue.

Is SCOTUS Compromised?

The recent refusal by the Supreme Court to look into the election fraud cases is baffling, to say the least. Just doesn’t make any sense. So what gives with SCOTUS? Have they been compromised by the Deep State? Does someone have the goods on them or are they afraid to rule the wrong way, fearing an expansion of the court by Democrats?

“They’re already planning to pack the court right now,” says Sidney Powell. “It’s incomprehensible. There is no rational explanation for not applying the law. There’s all kinds of precedent for fixing what happened in this election.” She adds that the very fact that Dominion Voting Systems is disallowing inspection of its machines should tell everybody what they need to know.

The evidence that there was massive election fraud is overwhelming. Despite harassment from the Left, more than 5,000 Americans have stepped forward at their own risk to file affidavits, disputing the results of the election. Then there’s the mainstream media and social media, both vibrant branches of the Democrat Party, whose main focus is censoring any bit of information dealing with election fraud. What does that tell you? Here’s more with Powell on the Erskine Podcast.

Democrats Vow Revenge

Less than 24 hours following the confirmation and swearing in of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, the deranged Democrat Party has all but doubled down on its threat to pack the court if Joe Biden is elected.

Joining their compadres at the uber liberal mainstream media networks, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her corrupt cohorts were in a frenzy, slandering the GOP with every name in the book. Pelosi went as far as to suggest, “Maybe we need more district courts, as well.” And Senate Minority Leader Cryin’ Chuck Schumer joined in on the onslaught, saying, “My colleagues might regret this for a lot longer than they think.”

While the predictable Democrats are steaming over Barrett, Kevin Paffrath, host of Meet Kevin, gives us the lowdown on what the confirmation means for the Supreme Court and the country.

Landing on the SCOTUS docket right out of the gate tomorrow, the court will hear a case regarding the state of Mississippi’s ban on abortion after the 15th week. Soon thereafter, SCOTUS tackles the decision on whether a New York prosecutor will be allowed access to President Trump’s financial records, including his tax returns from January 2011 to August 2019. And beginning on November 10, the Supremes will tackle a case that challenges the Constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare.

But perhaps the most significant question is how will the Barrett confirmation affect next Tuesday’s Presidential election? Quite a workload awaits the newly anointed Barrett. Stay tuned for more drama. Here’s more analysis from Paffrath.

Barrett Confirmation Today

Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley doubled down on the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, saying she will be confirmed later today. In other words, nothing’s changed. Says Grassly, “The vote will be 51-49, 52-48 and we know that right now.”

Barrett will become the third justice placed on the highest court in the land by President Trump, despite desperate attempts from the Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats to derail or postpone the vote. “President Trump promised the type of people he was going to put on the Supreme Court and this is one of that type, what you might call a strict constructionist,” Grassley says. “As opposed to what Democrats might have put on, justices who like to legislate.”

Appearing over the weekend on Fox News, Grassley also opines on the voting process and the lack of any Democrat votes for Barrett and their threat of “packing the court” if Joe Biden wins the election.
