Russian Court Slaps Google

A Russian court has ordered Google to restore a conservative YouTube channel. There’s been a surge of protective activity around the world as Big Tech gets slapped and smacked for its thuggish censorship and blatant attempts to control and throttle the free flow of information.

Nice to see Russian courts doing what the crooked American courts should have done a long time ago — namely, preserving some semblance of freedom! More from Steve Turley.

Massive Evidence Dump Coming

Pillow Man Mike Lindell is fired up and says there’s no backing down from the truth.  Bolstered by the addition of Constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz to his legal team, Lindell is ready to unleash his next salvo in his defense against a Dominion Voting Systems $1.3 billion lawsuit regarding the 2020 election fraud debacle.

Appearing on the Annette Cividanes podcast, Lindell says that Dershowitz described the upcoming legal battle as perhaps the biggest case in the history of free speech for the 1st Amendment. And to reinforce his defense, Lindell is debuting a brand new social media platform––joining a massive movement underway to build a woke-free world. “It’s like a YouTube and Twitter combined,” Lindell says. “We’ve been working on this for four years. It’s the most secure platform ever.”

Lindell promises that over the next five to six weeks, all the election-fraud evidence that will be dumped on “will make Wikileaks look like a Tinkertoy.” He says there will also be a sequel documentary to his Absolute Proof, which will reveal even more damning evidence against the likes of Dominion and the fraudulent manipulators in the swing states. Here’s more detail on the Cividanes podcast, courtesy of Free Your Mind.

Limbaugh Was One Of A Kind

The more you listened to the conservative prose of Rush Limbaugh, the more you were proud to be an American. He had that special, albeit brash, aura about him that exuded confidence, control. It was evident in his daily radio show intro, following the theme song, which was an instrumental version of “My City is Gone,” by The Pretenders. Rush would begin each show with, “Firmly ensconced behind the Golden EIB Microphone in the prestigious Attila the Hun Chair at the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies.” EIB was an acronym for excellence in broadcasting.

Limbaugh was one of a kind. He was not only the godfather of conservative talk radio, but probably talk radio in general. He educated generations from all ilks of life on the values of faith and family, touting the virtues of small government, liberty and the Constitution. He was there to thwart assaults on the first and second amendments, and to spread the evil of onerous taxation and frivolous spending.

To take in an episode of Limbaugh’s daily show was akin to the gratification you get from reading a fine novel or watching one of the film classics. Interspersed in his daily discourse were his popular Rushisms. Following many a commercial break, he would launch his next segment with, “I’m your host Rush Limbaugh, with half my brain tied behind my back just to make it fair.” Or he would refer to himself as “Talent on loan from God.” He often qualified his comments by saying, “When I talk about myself it’s satirical.”

When quoting public figures, he often would attempt to impersonate them the best he could, such as President Clinton’s southern drawl or President Obama’s choppy delivery. He sometimes called himself El Rushbo, The Fourth Branch of Government and A Weapon of Mass Instruction. Love him or hate him, he commanded much respect behind the EIB mic. The world has lost an icon and he will be missed. RIP dear patriot.

In the following video, President Trump breaks his self-imposed silence and reacts to Limbaugh’s death on Fox News.

Nobody Is Safe!

This week in censorship was another doozy. Project Veritas was completely banned from Twitter after they showed a video of one of their journalists confronting a Facebook executive about its Orwellian censorship policies. Twitter lied about why it opted to apply the thumbscrews to Project Veritas.

The social media platform says Project Veritas showed the street address of the Facebook executive and hence “doxxed” him. But if that’s the case, why has Twitter allowed CNN to keep up videos where it makes the exact infraction? In other words, Twitter holds Project Veritas to a different standard than Twitter applies to CNN. Not cool, Jack Dorsey.

We all know what’s really behind the censorship. Twitter is just another bullying Leftist corporation. Dorsey plays monkey business with the 1st Amendment and provides protection for pedophilia and other Leftwing rackets. More from Mark Dice.

Citizens For Free Speech

Patrick Wood joins us to discuss a new non-profit organization he has founded to help combat the threat to free speech: Citizens for Free Speech. With 26,000 members, the CFFS seeks to activate people at the local level and teach them how to better communicate their ideas and combat the threats to fundamental freedoms that are facing us during this generated crisis. Arrested For A Meme

As if we haven’t had enough chaos on social media, news is surfacing that an “influencer” on Twitter has been arrested for a meme he created in the U.S. So are these charges bogus under the protection of the 1st Amendment or did he cross the line?

Douglas Massey, aka Douglas Mackey and Ricky Vaughn, has officially been arrested for memes he prepared in the context of the 2016 Presidential election on the basis that they interfered with the election process. Twitter subsequently suspended Mackey’s account, which had 58,000 followers, in addition to two more that he attempted create under different aliases. The complaint and affidavit in support of an arrest warrant only took issue with the memes where Massey was telling people to vote by text on social media on unlawful and invalid manners that would disenfranchise people of the right to vote if they would have voted that way.

Says Viva Frei’s David Freiheit, “The case really does highlight the distinction between free speech and protected speech. I’m an unapologetic believer in freedom of speech, but I do draw the line at certain types of speech, such as targeted harassment, death threats, doxing, etc.” Here’s more from Freitheit as he analyzes the complaint, with some help from colleague Nate the Lawyer.

We’re Demonetized!

Cultural Appropriation Month kicks off with Canada! Talking all things ‘Nasty’ Meghan Markle, Transgender murderer sex games, horsey McDrive throughs, and of course the #VoxAdpocalyse. Joined by THE Dave Rubin. Join Steven Crowder on Louder with Crowder.

Steven Crowder breaks down the genesis of #VoxAdpocalypse, the blatant double standards at play, and how these bullying tactics affect YOU.

Blaire White offered what we found to be a thoughtful and perceptive assessment of the fight, one she blames mostly on the spoiled brat drama queen antics of Carlos Maza, but she also doesn’t let Crowder off the hook completely, either. She implies he is exaggerating his anti-LGBT positions because he believes that’s what his audience wants. Blaire explains why she hasn’t been on the Louder with Crowder show for quite some time, but doesn’t regret the times she has appeared and debated with Crowder.

Here is a discussion of the case between Tucker Carlson on Fox and Glenn Greenwald., co-founding editor of The Intercept.  Greenwald, who is gay, says he finds Crowder “a contemptuous cretin” as a comedian, but he nevertheless defends Crowder’s rights to perform and derails YouTube for censoring him. We concur. It’s time to break up this mega-firm that tramples so freely on the rights of Americans. One reason Google treats the First Amendment so flagrantly. It’s essentially held harmless when defamation lawsuits arise from material carried by Google or its subsidiaries, like YouTube. It’s time to change that. Google wants to act like a publisher, then treat it like a publisher, meaning it can be sued for defamation, same as any newspaper or radio station.
