Trump Assistant Arraigned

Donald Trump’s assistant Waltine Nauta was arraigned in Federal Court on two counts related to his involvement with Trump’s classified documents allegations. Sasha Dadan has filed her notice of appearaance as local counsel and we review new filings.

The presiding Judge in the Trump Prosecution, Judge Aileen Cannon, set Walt Nauta’s trial for August 8th alongside Donald Trump’s trial. The Judge issued other instructions in an Omnibus Order filed alongside Walt’s arraignment documents.

Special Counsel Jack Smith subpoenas records from Arizona as he continues to investigate the false elector allegations surrounding the 2020 election. Arizona Representative breaks news on CNN that he was also subpoenaed by Jack Smith and details his conversation with the Special Counsel’s office.

The initial reporting about the cocaine found in the West Wing of the White House was inaccurate, according to new reports. Trump Granted Special Master

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon of the Southern District of Florida GRANTS Trump’s request to appoint a special master to oversee the FBI’s seizures of documents from Mar-a-Lago.
