Donald Trump’s assistant Waltine Nauta was arraigned in Federal Court on two counts related to his involvement with Trump’s classified documents allegations. Sasha Dadan has filed her notice of appearaance as local counsel and we review new filings.
The presiding Judge in the Trump Prosecution, Judge Aileen Cannon, set Walt Nauta’s trial for August 8th alongside Donald Trump’s trial. The Judge issued other instructions in an Omnibus Order filed alongside Walt’s arraignment documents.

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted a second time as the fascist Democrats currently in charge of the government continue to use lawfare to try to defeat their chief political opponent.
ABC News is reporting that Trump will face seven different charges. These are listed as “willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation, scheme to conceal, and false statements and representations.”
The charges came from special prosecutor Jack Smith. Trump is expected to be arraigned at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Miami, Florida. He has already vehemently denied the charges, writing on Truth Social that he is “innocent” and that this latest legal blast represents “a dark day for America.”
Lionel Nation says the new Trump charges prove America has devolved into “a real banana republic.” The Democrats will not only use censorship, but vicious attacks from George Soros-funded prosecutors to try to indict and jail Trump. Former President Donald Trump spoke to a large crowd Tuesday night at his Mar-A-Lago resort in Florida, and lashed into Alvin Braggs’ heavily concocted case. Trump also had a few choice words about Bragg’s wife Jamila and the Judge’s daughter Loren Merchan. Real low-life crooks, but look for all these thugs to continue to flock together.
Simon Parkes tells podcaster David G. Mahoney that today’s arraignment drama in the Southern District of New York’s Manhattan office will not only shine the spotlight on Donald Trump, but also on Joe Biden.
Parkes says it’s highly likely we will see a body double of Trump at the proceedings, or it will be conducted in a studio. He also posits that since Trump has been served, Joe Biden also becomes arrestable for his actions with classified documents during his term as Vice-President in the Obama Administration.
He says if the powers that be so wished, they could remove Biden from office, which would then lead to refusals by Kamala Harris and Kevin McCarthy to assume the presidency, forcing the Supreme Court to order a new election.
