While waiting for the Supreme Court to answer questions on Presidential Immunity, Jack Smith urged Judge Tanya Chutkan to continue forward with the case and the January 6th trial as scheduled.
Trump’s campaign declared partial victory after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling finding portions of Judge Chutkan’s gag order were over broad. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
