The Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule, which went into effect during the Obama Administration (AFFH), was merely a Democrat housing scheme to feed their obsession of social engineering. Their fantasy is a simple one: If you take poverty stricken people out of the city and transplant them into the suburbs, whatever these people lacked will all of a sudden magically appear. Yeah, right. So why, you might ask, weren’t these same people served where left-wing Democrats were in control–in the cities. Because all social-engineering policies of the left have failed miserably. Says radio talk-show host Andrew Wilkow, “The left wants people who fled the major cities to pay for the failures of the major cities. The way the metropolitan left sees it, their problems are due to ‘white flight,’ also known as racism.” Thanks to President Trump and HUD Secretary Ben Carson, the AFFH Rule will soon be reversed.
