Trump’s Immunity Now Stands

The Supreme Court issues its ruling on Presidential Immunity in the Trump J6 prosecution.  In a 6-3 decision, the court ruled that presidents have full immunity on official acts, but no immunity at all for private acts.

Judges Conspired To Zap Trump

Judge Scott McAfee denied former President Donald Trump’s request to dismiss the Georgia indictment, but defense attorney Steve Sadow says there is still a possibility to renew the filing at a later date.

Judge Aileen Cannon denied Trump’s request to dismiss the classified documents case based upon the Presidential Records Act, but also rejected Jack Smith’s demand for an immediate ruling as to jury instructions, meaning this issue will likely be coming back up soon.

Engoron Fed To The Sharks

Donald Trump attorney Alina Habba and Kevin O’Leary, the entrepreneur from Shark Tank, rip apart Judge Arthur Engoron’s $350+ million dollar verdict against Trump and Trump’s defense attorney Christopher Kise responds. O’Leary vows he will stop investing in New York-based ventures.

Trump’s defense said Jack Smith’s arguments are “fatal” to their prosecution in a new reply at the U.S. Supreme Court, challenging U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan’s immunity ruling.

Trump’s criminal trial in New York, orchestrated by New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg,  is now scheduled to start with jury selection on March 25th, 2024. NY’s Attorney General Slapped

Former President Donald Trump appealed Judge Tanya Chutkan’s order denying immunity to the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump’s attorneys argued that allowing the lower court rulings to stand would cause irreparable injury to Trump and the institution of the Presidency.

Presidential Immunity Rejected

D.C. Appellate Judges rejected Trump’s claims of presidential immunity in a 57-page opinion, prompting a new battle at the Supreme Court as prosecutors race to convict the former President prior to the election.

Trump’s team submitted their final reply with the Supreme Court in preparation for the upcoming oral arguments in the ballot removal case. Unethical Jack Smith Slammed

Trump trial day 3 continued with Alina Habba cross-examining E. Jean Carroll after previously getting her to admit she deleted threatening emails and met with George Conway to discuss suing Trump.

Jack Smith got his J6 filing privileges REVOKED for his unethical and illegal filings, and now he has to get permission from Judge Tanya Chutkan prior to filing on matters related to the pending appeal.

Ashli Babbitt Lawsuit Filed

Former President Donald Trump filed a motion to dismiss Fani Willis’ RICO case in Georgia, arguing Presidential Immunity and the Federal Supremacy Clause confirm her prosecution is unconstitutional.

Jack Smith objected to Trump’s request that he be held in contempt for continuing to file motions and deliver discovery in violation of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s stay order. In his response, Smith argued that he is allowed to voluntarily comply with the Court’s suspended deadlines while the case is on appeal.

Ashli Babbitt’s estate is suing the Federal Government for causing the wrongful death of Ashli Babbitt on January 6th. In a Federal lawsuit filed in California, Babbitt’s estate details the negligence that occurred by law enforcement agents on the day of the riot.
