The Plot To Kill Peanut And Fred

New York will forever live in infamy as the state where Peanut The Squirrel and Fred The Raccoon were hauled off and euthanized by the long arm of the state. Now, thanks to Judicial Watch, we come to see that the New York Department of Environmental Conservation planned to murder these pets even before agents seized them at the home of Mark Longo outside Elmira.

Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch sent New York a Freedom of Information Act request, and received back a tranche of documents pertaining to the raid back in October of 2024.

It’s about absolute governmental overreach, the administrative state gone mad, and a government that thinks it can come into the sanctity of your home and destroy your property and murder your pets with impunity.”

Judicial Watch Files Epstein Suit

Tom Fitton with Judicial Watch has sued the Trump Attorney General Pam Bondi, calling for expedited release of documents and records pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein.

Some observers are shocked because Fitton is now suing a Republican administration, after going so strongly against the chicanery of Joe Biden. But Fitton argues the public has a right to know, regardless of whether it’s Biden or Trump in charge. Here’s more from Steve Bannon.

Fitton: CIA Was There On Jan. 6

Was the CIA involved in the Jan. 6 insurrection at our nation’s Capitol? The answer is a resounding “yes,” says Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Appearing on the Dinesh D’Souza podcast, Fitton says he’s combed through hundreds of thousands of Freedom of Information documents that confirm the CIA had its hands in the Jan. 6 cookie jar.

“They detailed how CIA had teams there on Jan. 6 that helped respond to those explosive devices supposedly left behind at the RNC or DNC and they had all there teams on stand-by,” Fitton says. Admittedly surprised by the information, Fitton says Judicial Watch asked for more info as to why the CIA was there in the first place and got the proverbial “hand-in-the-face” from government officials. He explains further.

Biden Out On Monday?

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says reports are swirling around Washington DC that Joe Biden will step down on Monday. Fitton doesn’t categorically say that will happen, especially with Biden now stating he will refuse to leave. But Fitton notes that a group of Democratic senators, led by John Warner of Virginia, will visit the White House Monday to urge Biden to drop out of the 2024 presidential race.

Hunter Confirms: Joe’s A Liar!

Hunter Biden testified before the House Oversight and Judicial Committees this week and confirmed his father, Joe Biden, was involved in Hunter’s worldwide business dealings despite Joe’s insistence that he has never participated. The hearing on Wednesday was a closed-door affair, but Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton reviewed the written transcripts, and offers his summary here.

Biden’s Growing Email Scandals

Judicial Watch received 426 pages of records in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) that show then-Vice President Joe Biden’s use of an email alias to correspond with family members, including son Hunter and brother James.

The documents also show that Joe Biden signed off on the cessation of Secret Service protection for Hunter Biden and Beau Biden’s daughter Natalie during an August 2016 trip to Kosovo. Here Judicial Watch Director Tom Fitton offers an update.

Obama At Scene Of Chef’s Death!

More bombshell news has surfaced surrounding the circumstances in the mysterious drowning death of President Obama’s personal chef at his Martha’s Vineyard mansion last summer.

Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton reports (:41:28 of video) that new, shocking details were uncovered through open-records requests and litigation, revealing that Secret Service were involved in the response to the incident at a nearby pond and that Obama, himself, was in fact present at the emergency scene for at least two witness interviews. Records also show another Obama mansion employee–a Ms. Taylor–was also at the scene and had been paddleboarding with the victim, Tafari Campbell.

Fitton says the investigation also reveals that Taylor attempted to rescue Campbell to no avail after he fell off his paddleboard and into the water before seeking help. Further details disclose that two Secret Service boats in the pond, presumably used for emergency situations in protecting Obama and his family, were inoperable when agents attempted to use them in a possible rescue of Campbell. Did CIA & Biden Rig Election?

Did the CIA help Joe Biden rig the 2020 election? Judicial Watch is suing for answers. Specifically, Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the CIA for all communications of the spy agency’s Prepublication Classification Review Board (PCRB).

Judicial Watch wants information regarding an October 19, 2020, email request to review and “clear” a letter signed by 51 former intelligence community officials characterizing the Hunter Biden laptop story as having “all the earmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign” (Judicial Watch v. This Is How They Cheat

Dan Bongino explains how Democrats cheat in elections, using mail-in votes and other mechanisms that more easily generate fraudulent ballots. Election officials reject about two percent of mail-in ballots, twice the rate of rejections from ballots cast on voting machines. Judicial Watch filed an amicus curiae (friend of the court) brief, supporting the decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine, which struck down Maine’s policy restricting the use and distribution of the state’s voter registration list (Public Interest Legal Foundation v. The FBI Came To My House

Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch discusses how the Biden FBI visited his home in an effort to grill and intimidate him. The agents posed questions dealing with voter irregularities, so they are apparently trying to shut down any talk about the 2020 Presidential election being marked by fraud.

Let’s make sure Joe Biden is defeated in 2024. We’re too great of a country to have a corrupt, pantywaisted Nazi as our leader. Especially a senile, blubbering idiot like Joe Biden.
