Fani’s Fight For Survival

Illegitimate “prosecutor” Jack Smith is now pleading with the Eleventh Circuit to reinstate the dismissed classified documents case involving former President Donald Trump.

Fani Willis, the Fulton County district attorney in Georgia, must now respond after Trump’s defense team submitted their appellate brief demanding her disqualification. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Their Time Is Up!

Jack Smith is on his heels after two supplemental briefs from Trump’s defense and former Attorney General Ed Meese are submitted to challenge his unconstitutional appointment as Special Counsel in the Trump prosecutions.

Fani Willis’s ex-lover Nathan Wade botched an interview with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, pausing the conversation to discuss the answer to a question with his team off-camera. Meanwhile, Fani filed an appeal asking the Georgia Court of Appeals to reverse itself and decline to accept the appeal from Scott McAfee’s court.

House Republicans advanced a bill that would help stop state prosecutions of Trump by allowing the President to remove the case to federal court. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Fani Still Occupies Hot Seat

The Fani Willis disqualification battle continues with defense attorneys formally filing their application to appeal with the Georgia Court of Appeals. Trump defense attorney Steve Sadow announced the filing with a statement. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Trump Appeals Big Fani Ruling

Former President Donald Trump’s defense and 7 co-defendants filed to appeal Judge Scott McAfee’s order, allowing Fani Willis to remain on the case. Defense attorney Steve Sadow made the announcement and Trump attorney Alina Habba reacted to McAfee’s ruling.

Trump roasted Fani Willis during a campaign stop while Georgia politicians took to the airwaves to condemn Fani Willis’ behavior after McAfee’s ruling came down. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Judge Allows For Corruption

Judge Scott McAfee ruled on Fani Willis’ disqualification, ordering her to choose between herself and her former lover.  So, in other words, corruption will continue for former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants.  McAfee might act like he’s Solomon, but, at heart, he’s just your ordinary Democratic hack.

Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Lori Colley says conservatives need to take a long view on the Fani Willis ruling. No, this bizarre, twisted and convoluted ruling is not what we hoped to see. But, as Colley reminds us: God is not finished.

Nathan Wade has already resigned his post, but the corrupt Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis remains in charge of the probe. Mike Davis, Article III Project founder and president, says he’s not surprised by Judge Scott McAfee’s ruling, seeing as how McAfee is a known “Trump hater” who “caved to political pressure.” Davis explains more in an interview with Dan Ball on the One America News Network.

Trump Case Now Collapsing

It’s becoming pretty obvious that, like the vast majority of Democrats,  Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is little more than a fraud, a corrupt and greedy individual trying to exploit her power and position for the ultimate personal gain.

Now, Willis’ case against former President Donald Trump and close to 20 of his associates is starting to seriously unwind. The case, quite simply, is collapsing.

A disqualification decision is imminent, and even if Willis isn’t booted out as the prosecutor, new parameters will restrict and limit the scope of her inquiry. Here’s more from Steve Turley.

Fani Willis loses again after Judge Scott McAfee quashes 6 counts in the RICO indictment against Trump and the remaining co-defendants, including the charge for “The Perfect Phone Call” with Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger.

What will Judge McAfee do next after dismissing 6 counts in the RICO indictment? Will he disqualify Fani and dismiss the case? We review the possibilities and listen to Judge McAfee’s recent campaign appearance on the Shelley Wynter Show @WynterShow1067 Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

The Fani Willis case is big enough, we’re bringing you three different perspectives on what happened and what it means. Up next: Dan Bongino. He also touches on U.S. Rep. Ken Buck, the RINO from Colorado who should never have been elected, and now says he’s leaving next week from the House. Will two or three other RINO rejects quit — enough to put Hakeem Jeffries in charge as Speaker of the House?

Also discussed: The  bill to ban Tik Tok because it’s owned by a corporation from Communist China. Bongino says Rumble, of which he is an investor, is making an offer to purchase Tik Tok, so it can remain float.

Fani’s Witness Tampering

Fani Willis gets accused of perjury and witness tampering in a post-hearing response filed by co-defendant Robert Cheeley in support of Fani’s disqualification.

Trump’s defense continues to fight Alvin Bragg’s prosecution in New York, filing a motion to adjourn the upcoming trial date based on presidential immunity. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Trump Posts $91 Million Bond

As former President Donald Trump’s New York criminal trial looms, Judge Juan Merchan ordered juror identities be disclosed to only the attorneys but be hidden from the public.

Trump’s team and Alina Habba filed their notice of appeal in the E. Jean Carroll case and posted bond of over $91,000,000.

Fani Willis gets TWO new 2024 challengers: let’s meet Christian Wise Smith and Courtney Kramer, and discuss how their entry may impact the disqualification case.

RICO co-Defendant David Shafer replied to Fani Willis’ brief, arguing evidence should be re-opened to accept the testimony of a fellow Georgia prosecutor. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

What Judge McAfee Is Thinking

Will Georgia Judge Scott McAfee disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis? More importantly, will the judge throw out the charges Willis has brought against former President Donald Trump and nearly 20 Trump associates?

Robert Gouveia from Watching The Watchers believes the evidence presented before McAfee warrants her disqualification. She has engaged in shameless and widespread corruption, using the case to feather her own nest, not just politically but from a financial viewpoint as well.

Still, Gouveia isn’t certain the case will be thrown out. So we could be left with a sticky situation, where the case technically lingers while a new prosecutor is sought.
