Chris Cappy, host of Task & Purpose, recounts the capture of Fronton Island, aka Cartel Island, by the courageous Texas Rangers.
Considered the most dangerous point in the region, Fronton Island became a hot spot for Cartel activity for trafficking humans, drugs and firearms. Cappy says the Rangers, working jointly with Mexican federales, raided the island last October and took back control of it without incident. Here’s his report.

A federal judge’s son, age 20, has been shot dead after the judge — Esther Salas — took a case related to Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile, the judge’s husband, a defense attorney, was also shot at their New Jersey home, but he remains alive and in stable condition.
