VP Pick Sends Left Scrambling

It didn’t take long for the delirious left to break their own pledge to tone down the political rhetoric. Just two days after an assassination attempt on Donald J. Trump, the former president’s choice of J.D. Vance as his running mate sent the Democrat Party into a frenzy.

Not only did the party and corrupt mainstream media assail Trump’s choice, but the DNC went as far as to call the GOP ticket the most extreme in Presidential politics history. AOC Wants Justices Impeached

True to her brain dead ways, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has followed through with her promise to introduce articles of impeachment against Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas for ruling that President Donald Trump has presidential immunity for official acts while in office.

Did Pelosi Gaslight Uncle Joe?

During an impromptu appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Nancy Pelosi stated that she would support whatever decision Joe Biden makes regarding the presidential race, though Uncle Joe seemingly already made up his mind.

When pressed, Pelosi ambiguously mentioned that she is waiting for his decision, creating confusion. This begs the question:  Is Nancy Pelosi gaslighting the President? Official ACLJ’s Logan Sekulow digs into the story.

Will Trump NY Case Get Tossed?

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that the move by New York Judge Juan Merchan to delay the Trump sentencing following the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity, reflects the potential legal implications of the decision, prompting a reassessment of the case.

The delay allows for further examination of how the Supreme Court’s decision affects Trump’s legal standing and potential sentencing and the possibility for the New York trial to be thrown out altogether. Sekulow explains further, plus also discusses Joe Biden’s options in his run for re-election.

FBI Disabled Mar-a-Lago Cams

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports more evidence has surfaced that FBI agents shut down security cameras during their raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property in 2022.

Though the cams were eventually turned back on, Sekulow says the action raises concerns about FBI transparency and procedural conduct. He says the decision to disable the cameras has sparked speculation over what occurred during the search and will likely become a focal point in the ongoing legal and political debates surrounding the Jack Smith Special Counsel Trump Trial. Plenty For Trump To Appeal

ACLJ Executive Director Jordan Sekulow tells TBN’s Mike Huckabee that there’s plenty for President Trump to appeal following his conviction in the New York hush-money trial.

Sekulow, one of the few who accurately predicted the outcome of the trial, says it may be difficult maneuvering through the New York Appellate system, but says the process will ultimately get him to the U.S. Supreme Court. He says the Supremes should have a heyday with the case, reviewing Judge Juan Merchan’s weird jury instructions and his decision to disallow the testimony of the former chairman of the Federal Election Commission.

Sekulow says perhaps the most egregious error was that Trump’s legal team was not allowed to fight the felony charge brought against him. He explains further, plus gives his analysis of the additional cases that Trump faces.

Dems’ Latest Lawfare Move Fails

The far Left is upset that Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon is overseeing Special Counsel Jack Smith’s classified documents case against President Trump and is dead set on removing her.

Bill Barr’s About-Face

Former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, who turned on President Trump after he left office, has pulled another about-face out of his political hat.

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that Barr, who was one of the strongest Republican critics of Trump regarding the Jan. 6 insurrection and the 2020 election results, declared that the former president’s Manhattan trial is “an abomination” and shockingly admitted that he’ll vote for the Republican ticket in November.

In an interview with Fox News, Barr said, “I think it’s my duty to pick the person I think would do the least harm to the country.” He added that he feels the real danger to democracy is the progressive agenda and said a Biden Administration is “national suicide.” More with Sekulow.

Massive Win For Parent Rights

Official ACLJ’s Jay Sekulow reports on a massive victory for parental rights in the state of Nevada, after a U.S. District Court ruled in favor of two parents in their fight against a Nevada public school district that forced their child to perform a pornographic script.

Sekulow says the Clark County School District not only lied to the parents, they prohibited the mother from reading the script given to her child, who was 15 at the time, before the school board. Sekulow is joined by an ACLJ legal panel to explain the case.
