He Double-Dog Dares ‘Em!

President Donald Trump just signed a sweeping executive order on mail‑in voting and, in the announcement, repeatedly dared Democrats to “challenge” it in court, saying he doesn’t see how anyone can legally overturn it.

The order directs federal agencies to build a national list of verified U.S. citizens, tighten mail‑in ballot rules, and block ballots from being delivered to people who aren’t properly on the rolls.

Trump’s trap is simple: by begging Democrats to sue, he drags the fight into federal court and potentially up to the Supreme Court, where he believes he can win on appeal and cement tougher national election standards.

Within hours, Democrats took the bait; Gavin Newsom and liberal groups announced lawsuits, accusing Trump of voter suppression and claiming he has no authority to change state mail‑in rules.

Trump’s allies argue Democrats are panicking because they can’t win without loose mail‑in systems, ballot‑harvesting, and messy voter rolls that are hard to audit. Here’s more from Stephen Gardner.

Megyn Kelly is joined by Mark Halperin, host of Next Up, and Sean Spicer and Dan Turrentine, co-hosts of The Morning Meeting, to discuss the latest data showing massive voter declines for the Democratic party in every state.

Purging The Voter Rolls

Donald Trump won the 2024 Popular Vote by about 2,300,000 votes — or did he? Could it have been much more?

A first pass review of registered voters revealed some FIVE MILLION voters who, in many cases, have shuffled off this mortal coil, but that has not stopped them from being able to vote. Here’s more from Steve Green on Judicial Watch and the efforts to clean up the dirty voter rolls. he’s joined by Scott Ott and Bill Whittle in the latest Right Angle video.

Democrats’ Growing Exodus

The Democratic Party lost more than 300,000 voters during the month of February, accelerating a monthly decline that is putting the leftist party further and further behind its Republican counterparts. Even in thoroughly leftist states like California, this trend is evident.

With no signs of this changing any time soon, how are the Democrats going to win races in 2026, let alone 2028 and beyond? They might as well wear “LL” caps, standing for “Liberal Losers.” Here’s more from the Liberal Hivemind.

Virginia Files Voter Rolls Appeal

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that the state of Virginia has filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the Biden-Harris Administration’s blatant election interference to keep noncitizens on the state’s voting rolls.

The emergency motion before the land’s highest court seeks to remove around 6,000 people from the voter rolls, who may be lawful residents, but checked the box that they are not legal citizens of the U.S. The Official ACLJ legal team is also expected to file briefs in the case. Sekulow elaborates, plus discusses the dueling rallies in the presidential campaign and the latest polls.

Exposed: Cal’s Election Integrity

It appears that the state of California is getting a head start on manipulating the presidential election, after a former resident of the Golden State, who hasn’t lived there for years, received a ballot in the mail.

The incident, involving a current staff member of Official ACLJ, has raised red flags about election integrity and interference, and the accuracy of the voter rolls. Here’s more with ACLJ’s Logan and Jordan Sekulow.

Juan O. Savin: Vote Count Chaos

Juan O. Savin tells David “Nino” Rodriguez that a major monkey wrench is about to be tossed in the 2024 presidential election process regarding state voter rolls.

Savin says authorities from a certain red state are in a panic, admitting that if the election were held today there is a high probability that their results would be deemed uncertifiable in the national vote count next Jan. 6 because of major problems with the voter rolls.

Savin adds that an investigative journalist has a beat on the problem, has gathered all the pertinent information, but will withhold releasing the story as a courtesy to the state officials, pending their ability to further solve the problem. He says the reality is that several more states face similar dilemmas. He explains further and warns to expect the unexpected.
