China’s Concentration Camps

In western China, there’s a growing network of what journalists, former inmates, and the U.S. government are calling “concentration camps”—or what the Chinese government refers to as “vocational training centers.” They’re believed to hold between 1 and 3 million people, and perhaps as much as one-quarter of the Muslim population of Xinjiang Province. Trump Fights Central Banks

President Donald Trump is fighting the central banks. These are the forces who have attempted to control our republic. They have not only dictated fiscal and currency moves, but also mandated wars and tariffs and all manner of policies affecting the United States as well as nations worldwide. Now, they are trying to drag us into a depression or an economic collapse. We need to expose who they are, how they operate and stand tall as our president extricates them from their positions manipulating and controlling our nation. Iran’s Currency Collapses

According to Radio Farda – the US government-funded Persian-language version of Radio Free Europe – the Iranian currency – the Rial – is collapsing. What does this mean? Here is a photo of a line of Iranians in front of a currency exchange ready to travel abroad. They have to have foreign currency to pay for things because a coffee shop in Paris has no idea what an Iranian Rial is, much less what it is worth. Bill Still reports.

What Is the Gold Standard?

Before 1974, U.S. dollars were backed by gold. This meant that the federal government could not print more money than it could redeem for gold. While this constrained the federal government, it also provided citizens with a relatively stable purchasing power for goods and services. Today’s paper currency has no intrinsic value. It is not based on the value of gold or anything else.

Under a gold standard, inflation was really limited. With floating value, or fiat, currency, however, some countries have seen inflation reach extremely high levels—sometimes enough to lead to economic collapse. Gold standards have historically provided more stable currencies with lower inflation than fiat currency. Should the United States return to a gold standard?
