Disney’s Dark Snow White

The Hollywood echo chamber, wrought in hypocrisy and double standards, is alive and well. Geeks + Gamers’ Jeremy Prime  says the casting of Rachel Zegler as the new Snow White in the most recent adaptation of the film is the latest case in point.

While the uproar in some circles revolves around Zegler’s dark complexion–she’s of Columbian and Polish descent–Prime says it’s the hypocrisy regarding the reaction to her vile tweets that has him concerned. Zegler’s tweets have urged Hollywood to cancel actor Jeremy Renner, calling him a transphobic racist, she has wished violence on J.K. Rowling and bullying of Gina Carano over her pronouns. She also bluntly tweeted that all conservatives are racist white supremacists.

“I don’t care what this young lady has to say in isolation,” Prime says. “She can be that kind of person all day long. My problem is that no one in Hollywood is allowed to say anything that opposes what this person is saying. The Elite Are Being Exposed

What we are seeing, with Kevin Clinesmith, with Wall Street and the hedge funds, is that a double standard exists across the United States. The rich, the politically connected, can steal or murder or lie with impunity. They do not face arrest or justice. Only the average citizens — the middle class, the poor — are held to any standards. Jordan Flushes Out Fauci

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the left’s revered icon who could do no wrong in their eyes, faced the searing spotlight of the House Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis and bulldog U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan, and came out on the short end. In a tersely directed line of questioning, Jordan honed in on the rampant protesting by Black Lives Matter and Antifa that is sweeping the country and asked Fauci if these protests increase the spread of the virus. Seemingly taken aback by the question, Fauci, adhering to progressive talking points, nervously sidestepped  the question and went off on a tangent  about large gatherings in general. With state governors–the majority of them Democrats–shutting down business and preventing citizens from practicing their faith without a second thought, a persistent Jordan fired right back: “Should we limit the protesting?” Fauci was literally stunned and struggled to answer.
