Green Party Case To Supremes

The ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that its Nevada election interference case will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sekulow said the case surrounds what ACLJ deems the Democrat Party’s unlawful removal of Green Party candidate Jill Stein from the November presidential election ballot. The action comes on the heels of ACLJ’s successful defense of President Trump’s ban from the Colorado primary election ballot.

“We’re fighting to ensure all Americans have the right to vote for the candidate of their choice,” Sekulow said. More from ACLJ.

Nevada Ballot Interference

The conniving Democrats have just ensured themselves another disappointing trip to the halls of the U.S. Supreme Court, after more election interference in Nevada was exposed.

Jay Sekulow reports that OfficialACLJ has filed an emergency application asking SCOTUS to protect the right to vote, this time in the state of Nevada, following the Democrat Party’s attempt to keep Green Party candidates off the November election ballot. This on the heels of ACLU successfully representing President Trump in his winning effort to remain on the Colorado ballot.

Sekulow, chief counsel for ACLJ, dissects the issues and explains the course of action.

CNN Turns On Kamala

Not only did political pundits diss Kamala Harris’ performance for skirting the issues in the presidential debate earlier this week, but even prominent mainstream media members also weren’t impressed with the Vice-President’s answers.

Uber-liberal CNN anchor Jake Tapper criticized Harris because she “generally reverted to talking points” when asked direct questions from ABC News’ David Muir and Linsey Davis. ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow and colleagues analyze Harris’ shallow performance.

Truth About Harris’ $50K Credit

Harry Hutchison, director of policy for ACLJ, tells host Jordan Sekulow that Kamala Harris’ $50K business tax credit plan will surely have a negative impact on small businesses.

Hutchison argues that the plan will burden small business owners with unsustainable debt and fail to address the root issues hindering economic growth. He dissects the issue further.

Major Leak In Harris Campaign

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that six internal staffers from the Harris-Walz campaign team have revealed troubling details about the campaign’s chaotic state.

According to these insiders, the team is plagued by confusion and disorganization, severely hindering its effectiveness. One of the most significant issues they reported is that many members lack a clear understanding of their roles, leading to widespread uncertainty and inefficiency. More with Sekulow.

Harris’ Economic Policies Scary!

Now that both major-party political conventions are in the books, the race for the White House is on in full force.

Jordan Sekulow, host of the American Center for Law and Justice podcast, posits that the immediate focus will be on Kamala Harris’ economic policies, which he says “should scare every American.” The Sekulow team analyzes Harris DNC speech and welcomes guest and former Congresswoman from Hawaii Tulsi Gabbard to share her thoughts.

DNC Expects Chaos In Chicago

Earlier this week, a New York City campaign event for Kamala Harris erupted in chaos as pro-Hamas protestors threw smoke bombs into a Harlem restaurant and later clashed with the NYPD.

Is this a preview of what will happen at the 2024 Democrat National Convention in Chicago next week? Official ACLJ’s Jordan and Logan Sekulow discuss the possibilities.

Gabbard On Terror Watch List

Jordan Sekulow reports that the ACLJ, along with Empower Oversight, is taking legal action after the Biden Administration placed colleague and former U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard on a terror watch list (“Quiet Skies” program).

So now, when ever ACLJ colleague Gabbard boards a flight, she’s followed by air marshals and canine dogs after being extensively searched by TSA security. The Sekulow team discusses their newest legal action, whistleblowers exposing the Deep State’s unlawful targeting, the controversy surrounding Vice-President Kamala Harris’ running mate, and much more.

Iran’s Interfering With Election

U.S. intelligence confirms a report that a foreign enemy is actively interfering in the 2024 Presidential election, attempting to ensure that Donald J. Trump does not regain the White House.

Official ACLJ says the Wall Street Journal reports that Iran has been working,  spying and infiltrating to get involved in disrupting the campaign through online personas and propaganda mills to spread disinformation. More with host Logan Sekulow.

Harris A Foreign Policy Dummy

Fresh off of his powerful speech at the Republican National Convention, Ric Grenell rips into the Democrat Party for the low bar they have set for Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

Grenell says Harris’ weakness on foreign policy is shocking, especially when she’s off script and away from the teleprompter. “She has never been vetted, ever,” he says. “We have a system in California where one party controls everything.”

Appearing on Official ACLJ, with brothers Jordan and Logan Sekulow, Grenell elaborates and further explains the political-landscape differences between President Trump and Harris on international policy.
