Kirk Prosecutors Under Fire

Attorneys for Tyler Robinson, the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin, are calling for Robinson’s prosecutors to be disqualified. The defense attorneys presented their arguments Friday before Utah Judge Tony Graf, saying a conflict of interest rules out the Utah County Attorney’s Office from proceeding with the case.

If Graf agrees with that opinionm, the Utah state Attorney General’s office would take over the prosecution. It’s not clear how quickly Graf will decide one way or the other, but most court watchers expect a decision over the next couple of weeks.

A change in the prosecutorial team would drag out the case, as the new team would essentially have to start over again. The conflict of interest complaint is based upon the fact that an 18-year-old child of one of the prosecutors was present at the September 10th event at Utah Valley University during which Kirk was killed. Charlie Kirk: Anomaly Events?

Laissez Faire Lounge takes a look at several Utah Valley University players to explore any possible connections with the political assassination of Charlie Kirk that took place Sep. 10, 2005 at UVU in Orem, Utah.

At the center of attention here: Derek Maxfield, the owner of Younique, whose plane was reportedly flying back and forth to Arizona on the day of the shooting. Also coming up for review: Andrew K. Smith, who built up the Savory Fund with his wife Shauna.

These players are all connected with Utah Gov. Spencer Cox.

Citizen journalist George Webb is back in Utah, probing the assassination. Webb warns against simplistic analysis, involving individuals like Kirk’s widow Erika Kirk,  Candace Owens or even Owens’ whistleblower Mitch Snow.

His focus here is Operation Blackjack, the broad campaign to collect domestic espionage on the ground — and via drones and planes — on American soil. How is Israel involved? How about Fort Huachuca? How is this espionage legal?

Was Mitch Snow injured during a military jump training exercise at Fort Benning? Is that why he became active in information security research?

Planes, High-Flying Basketball

An interesting trio connected to Utah Valley University; Dan Reynolds of the pop rock band Imagine Dragons, Ryan Smith, the owner of the Utah Jazz,  and Derek Maxfield, the owner of fashion house Younique.

How are they also connected to Mitt Romney as well as to the “Bidensphere,” surrounding former President Joe Biden?  Are they connected, at all, to Charlie Kirk?

Allow me to make a prediction: Erika Kirk’s rising star will soon self destruct in the court of public opinion as her true history, connections and outright lies are brought to light.

And the same goes for Tyler Bowyer and other Turning Point USA leaders.

Former Defense Intelligence Agency insider, Major Jeffrey Prather, joins the SGT Report to discuss the incredible facts being uncovered through Candace Owens’ investigation. WHO REALLY MURDERED Charlie Kirk? Prather believes this was a coordinated assassination, and likely involved agents from Israel, Egypt and the United States.

After yesterday’s episode, we were contacted by a variety of people with information and we can say unequivocally that the “steel neck” quotation never came from the surgeon. Not only that, but the Feds were involved in the hospital.

Erika Kirk Extended Invitation

The Game drops his song titled “The Assassination of Charlie Kirk” showing even the hip hop world is asking questions about Charlie Kirk.

Turning Point USA confirms that the debate request came from Erika Kirk and they explain why it has to be in-person. The Charlie Kirk Show, which TPUSA has continued since Charlie’s death, has now plummeted in viewership. It was once always in the top 10 among Apple podcasts, but now ranks below 90th.

And there is something that I noticed in the 9/10 footage I would like an answer for…because the public is much more perceptive than the FBI. Here’s more from Candace Owens.

ROTC Everywhere You Look

Was the assassination of Charlie Kirk a military psyops? And if so, who orchestrated the psyops? Are we talking about a foreign government, be it Israel, Egypt, Ukraine or France? How about the U.S. military or the mega-corporations in the military-industrial complex? Could an an organization like NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, be behind the subterfuge? Was this some sort of joint operations involving many different players?

Why commit cold-blooded murder in such a  callous and heinous way? And why did this psyops happen in Utah, on this particular date? Why was Kirk chosen as the victim to be murdered?

These are among the many questions that citizen journalist George Webb begins to address in a new video called “ROTC Everywhere You Look.” It turns out ROTC members shot all of the videos we have been shot that supposedly depict Tyler Robinson shooting from  the rooftop of the Losee Center down upon Kirk at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. None of these videos came from the FBI, nor from the security cameras operated by UVU.

Why might ROTC members be positioned to shoot the assassination? Why did so many of them wear maroon shirts same as Tyler Robinson? Are those students in the ROTC  involved in some kind of gun club or sniper society? As Candace Owens notes, in a video played by Webb, “This is not a military campus.” Yet everywhere you look, you’ll find traces of the ROTC in action, and rather secretly so.
