Attorneys for Tyler Robinson, the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin, are calling for Robinson’s prosecutors to be disqualified. The defense attorneys presented their arguments Friday before Utah Judge Tony Graf, saying a conflict of interest rules out the Utah County Attorney’s Office from proceeding with the case.
If Graf agrees with that opinionm, the Utah state Attorney General’s office would take over the prosecution. It’s not clear how quickly Graf will decide one way or the other, but most court watchers expect a decision over the next couple of weeks.
A change in the prosecutorial team would drag out the case, as the new team would essentially have to start over again. The conflict of interest complaint is based upon the fact that an 18-year-old child of one of the prosecutors was present at the September 10th event at Utah Valley University during which Kirk was killed. These are among the many questions that citizen journalist George Webb begins to address in a new video called “ROTC Everywhere You Look.” It turns out ROTC members shot all of the videos we have been shot that supposedly depict Tyler Robinson shooting from the rooftop of the Losee Center down upon Kirk at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. None of these videos came from the FBI, nor from the security cameras operated by UVU.
Why might ROTC members be positioned to shoot the assassination? Why did so many of them wear maroon shirts same as Tyler Robinson? Are those students in the ROTC involved in some kind of gun club or sniper society? As Candace Owens notes, in a video played by Webb, “This is not a military campus.” Yet everywhere you look, you’ll find traces of the ROTC in action, and rather secretly so.

Has Zinn been arrested, seeing as how he rushed close to the stage, claiming he had killed Charlie Kirk, only to have been found to be a decoy? And if he was a decoy, who paid him to do so? He had told others he had been paid, yet we don’t know by whom.
How was he, in any way, in cahoots with the alleged assassin Tyler Robinson? It was said at the time that he had child porn (CSAM or Child Sexual Abuse Materials) on his phone. Does he face charges on those accounts? If so, who will be prosecuting? If not, what gives?
Were there any others conspiring with Tyler Robinson? What has the FBI, or any other federal agency, done to apprehend any of these figures? If they have not done a thing, why are they so slow and unresponsive?

Gary Melton of Paramount Tactical Solutions and Gray Hughes from Gray Hughes Investigates give us a detailed breakdown of the crime scene at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. They retrace the steps of the likely assailant, Tyler Robinson, to show us how he maneuvered on and around the campus in a quest to murder Charlie Kirk on the day of September 10, 2025.
This is a comprehensive survey of what, most likely, happened, using drone footage and brand new, hand-held camerawork to re-create the scene. Melton and Hughes don’t claim to know all of the details yet. There are some facts — for instance, pertaining to ballistics and gun calibers — that won’t be known until the trial of Robinson is under way. Melton and Hughes also don’t get into the question of whether Robinson had a team and, if so, who belonged on that death squad.
Their focus is strictly on the step-by-step mechanics of the crime. They also draw a few conclusions, noting this crime was most definitely planned out, and likely involved extensive advance practice. Here’s their full Dangerous Liberty edition. Investigator George Webb has returned to Michigan, where he is meeting with a group of researchers to try to answer lingering questions about Tyler Robinson’s itinerary. The odds are looking stronger that he had a team of accomplices to help him out, at the minimum, making his getaway. Now the question becomes: Who was on that team? Where can we pick up evidence of them?
Former CIA agent and whistleblower Kevin Shipp is not buying the FBI’s story that Tyler Robinson, on his own, killed Charlie Kirk on September 10th. Shipp tells Mario Nawal that the September 10 murder of Kirk was a cold-blooded political assassination carried out by a larger team. While he does not have concrete proof, he believes the Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad, most likely carried out the assassination.
Why would an American ally kill a close associate and friend of the American President Donald Trump? Why would Trump ever stand for that kind of affrontery and open violation into American affairs? Nawal says the consequences for Israel could be enormous. “If it leaks that Israel is behind it, it will destroy U.S.-Israeli relations,” he says. “It’s just such a big risk relative to the reward they get from killing someone that might turn on them.”
“Would the CIA be complicit in something like this, especially considering Charlie Kirk being an American citizen?” Nawal asks.
Says Shipp, “There is no red line for the CIA.”
In an extensive interview, Shipp discusses the Jeffrey Epstein murder case, and gets into issues like kill switches, blackmail and MK-Ultra. He also offers his takes on the Chinese, Russian and Saudi Arabian intelligence agencies, finding the Chinese the most formidable — and ruthless — of the lot.

Did curiosity kill the cat? Did Charlie Kirk land on the Mossad kill list because of his statements calling out Jeffrey Epstein as an agent for Mossad?
Kirk and Megan Kelly had just such a discussion in July, when Kelly offered her assessment that Epstein had been blackmailing so many of the rich and famous so they could be controlled and held in check by Israel. Epstein’s supposed partner in crime, Ghislaine Maxwell, is the daughter of Robert Maxwell, who did intelligence work for Israel as well as multiple other nations.
If any intelligence agency was behind this political assassination, Mossad certainly ranks as a prime suspect. But there are others. Tyler Robinson had spent at least a year or two doing demolition work with the Western assassination teams in the Ukraine. Did the Ukraine, or NATO forces, push him into committing an assassination so they could keep that war rolling, and all of their kickbacks flowing? How much has Mitt Romney made off that war? Or Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi?
There’s also the Communist China angle, seeing as how Robinson’s likely allies in the kill — the Armed Queers of Salt Lake City — had been drawing money from billionaire Neville Roy Singham, based in Shanghai. Investigator George Webb believes that Ermiya Fanaeian, the Armed Queers leader and a transgender expatriate from Iran, drove Robinson home from the assassination site in Orem to St. George, Utah.

Why do most of the roads toward uncovering the killer(s) of Charlie Kirk always lead back to 3-Letter Intelligence agencies? The fingerprints of the FBI and CIA have tangled up any honest search for the facts in this case.
