U.S. Facing Currency Collapse

Money manager Peter Schiff warns that the United States is headed for a currency collapse. And the main culprit, he says, is the debt ceiling. “This phony crisis, it’s not about not raising the ceiling. That’s the solution,” says Schiff, CEO and founder of Schiff Gold and Euro Pacific Capital. “The crisis is continuously raising it.” Schiff lays out a gloomy scenario for the economy in an interview with Greg Hunter on the USA Watchdog Channel.

The radical students of the University of Missouri have allegedly launched an attack against institutional racism. Wild Bill doesn’t buy it. “Left-wing educators have worked hard who would take down traditional America,” he says. “Now let’s see if this spreads to other campuses across the country. A Nightmare in Paris

What are believed to be a series of brutal, coordinated attacks rocked Paris, France. The attacks, which some sources say were believed to be carried out by ISIS operatives, targeted several restaurants, bars and a popular nightclub in the city’s vibrant center district. The majority of the fatalities came at the Bataclan concert hall, where the attackers held hundreds hostage before police stormed the building and ended the siege. French President Francois Hollande has declared Marshall Law, shutting down the country’s borders and halting mass transportation. More from LeMonde.

Reagan Democrats the Key

In case you haven’t noticed, the Republicans have a horse race on their hands in the race for the White House. And judging the the the fourth debate earlier this week, not one of the 12 candidates really had a break-out moment. Political strategist Dick Morris says the key to winning the White House in this cycle are the Reagan Democrats, who strayed from their party in the ’80s. “The Reagan Democrats were originally attracted to Reagan because of tax cuts, and welfare and other spending cuts,” he says.
