Here’s an inquiry into the Eliza Effect. Never heard of it? A psychotherapist by the name of Joseph Weizenbaum coined the term back in 1966. He wanted to describe how people can apply human traits and characteristics to AI or other comparable instances of computer legerdemain. Eliza was not just AI, but an AI chatbot setting out to reach the lonely and the impressionable.
A similar theme motivated the 2013 Hollywood movie Her, starring Joaquin Phoenix as a lonely man who becomes fixated on a computer operating system, voiced by Scarlett Johansson. Spike Jonze both wrote and directed the picture. Here, Truthstream Media turns to Her as an introduction to the larger — and stranger — world of artificial intelligence.

AI Government: The Last Phase?
Who is the actual screenwriter of this play that we’re all living in? Why do so many newscasters as well as politicians mimic each other and repeat the same scripted talking points? In some cases, they even parrot the exactly same words.. They sound like interchangeable bots with only minor deviations.

Police “Insult” Raids In Germany
Well, it looks like the West is destroying its own values in a coordinated fashion. In Germany, cops can raid your house for “insulting” a politician on social media now. “Hate speech,” “malicious gossip” and “fake quotes” are against the law too.
I have now been told that, as an American, it is almost impossible to explain freedom of speech and why it is important to people from other countries. Considering what’s going on in Germany now after a recent 60 Minutes piece on the “German insult police,” I have attempted my best in this video to explain why this is such a HUGE problem.
Not only is meaningful dissent made impossible without freedom of speech, enabling all manner of tyranny, but if you don’t have freedom of speech, you cannot have freedom of thought, nor true wisdom. Gross Censorship Must End!
It’s hard to say how the European “democracies” can call themselves “democracies” when they censor so much speech. They do not at all value free speech, but label anything as “disinformation” or “misinformation” if it threatens how they govern.
Here, Truthstream Media draws a line in the sand: A democracy cannot exist unless there is free speech. You cannot protect anything by destroying it.
Those in the European Union who want to blackball speech must retreat from that extremism. If not, why should we help you at all? Doesn’t make much sense.
