What A Kick To The Balls!

The worst appointment of President Donald Trump’s first term, Amy Coney Barrett, delivered a kick to his balls, signing on board with the Democrats and often corrupt John Roberts to extend birthright citizenship. She might not be as homely as the Democrat women on the court, but they are all dealing with a few loose screws. Here’s more from Meme the Left.

A Clean House Is Important

How do we begin to control the colossal mess that sanctuary cities pose to America’s future? Do we simply cut off the federal spigot to these hellholes? How do we not only get a tighter control on our immigration, but also develops the blocks so voting by illegals is not allowed, and the madness cannot continue indefinitely?

Why should we have more than half the immigration population on welfare? Isn’t that a drain on everybody who grew up and worked in this country? Will the money we sent the federal government be preserved for our children, or squandered supporting murderers, drug runners and traffickers from abroad?

Is there really a twist to the Supreme Court’s hideous birthright citizenship decision? The American Warfighter awaits the green light.

She lost. Now they all lose. Pray. Here’s more from And We Know.

Court Rules On Trans Sports

The U.S. Supreme Court gave states the rights to ban transgenders from competing in women’s sports. But the court upheld birthright citizenship, dealing a blow to President Donald Trump.

We happen to believe the Supreme Court screwed the pooch on this one. But still, how do we deal with this setback? Doug in Exile suggests the time has come to push for an amendment to the Constitution, limiting foreigners coming into America to deliver birthright infants.

Buffoonery From The Court

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld birthright citizenship on a 5-4 vote, with Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett siding with the three Democratic-appointed justice to uphold the archaic practice. Barrett has voted against the Trump administration so many times you have to wonder what he saw in her to justify appointing her to the court? What an abomination and a bane to conservatives she has proven to be.

As for Roberts, it’s high time that geezer got ousted off the court. He was first appointed in 2005 by the late George W. Bush and, quite frankly, he no longer comes close to mirroring today’s Republicans. Let’s hope he resigns soon or, at the minimum, a majority of the court’s Republicans oust him as chief justice.

In the meantime, what can the Trump administration do to get around this latest aberration of justice by the Supreme Court? Liz Wheeler offers suggestions.

Supreme Court Gets Tougher

The U.S. Supreme Court issued several minor rulings Tuesday, allowing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of Justice to tighten requirements on immigrants, especially those involved in criminal proceedings.

In a 6-3 vote,  the Supreme Court ruled that DHS can strip green card holders of their legal status if they travel abroad while facing criminal charges.

There were other rulings, mostly good, and mostly in favor of the Trump administration. As the Supreme Court concludes its current term, a ruling on birthright citizenship is expected later in the week. There could also be rulings on transgenders in sports and limits on how long election ballot counting can go on. Here’s more from Doug In Exile.

Supremes: Stick A Fork In ‘Em

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld Constitutional protection of birthright citizenship, plunging a dagger into the efforts of President Donald Trump’s administration to control illegal immigration. The vote was 5-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett siding with the three Democratic-appointed justices to uphold birthright citizenship.

Long term, let’s hope John Roberts leaves the Supreme Court soon, Appointed by George W. Bush on Sept. 29, 2005, Roberts has worn out his welcome on the court. He seldom stands by conservative principles, and has not at all distinguished himself by his hodgepodge rulings.

In the meantime, what can the Trump administration do to get around this particularly contorted and truly unconstitutional decision? Here, Liz Wheeler lays out a few parameters that Trump might pursue moving forward.
