Really Graceful explores the 1913 murder of Mary Phagan, a 13-year-old girl who worked at the National Pencil Company in Atlanta, Ga. Over the course of their investigations, the police arrested three men — Newt Lee, the night watchman at the factory; Leo Frank, the superintendent; and Jim Conley, a janitor. Before the case was closed, one of these men would be lynched.
