President Donald Trump discusses his rationale behind closing the federal Department of Education. He calls it a “con job” agency and says it ought to be “closed immediately.”
Under his plan, each state would oversee its own public schools, or states could even cede the schools over to local county or regional agencies.
Trump says the United States now ranks dead-last — 40th out of 40 nations — in maintaining high-quality educational standards. Students at a Utah Middle School are revolting because administrators allow “furries” to run wild on the campus. The furries are students who think they are animals. They come dressed with masks or tails, and have been known to bite, scratch, claw or otherwise physically assault other students. They also bark in classes.
“We the people, not the animals,” the protesting students chanted at their walkout. It occurred at Mt. Nebo Middle School in Payson, Utah.

It’s on! The U.S. House is forming a new select panel, the Weaponization of Government Subcommittee, to review abuses of power by Joe Biden’s administration in directing Big Tech social media platform committees to censor conservatives and conduct surveillance on the American public.
Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan will chair the committee, and members will include Thomas Massie of Kentucky. Much of the committee’s work will be done in private, but members will have the power to bring issues out into the open if they find the Biden administration has violated Americans’ constitutional rights.
“This is about the First Amendment,” Jordan said on the House floor. “Your right to practice your faith, assemble, right to petition the government, freedom of press, freedom of speech ― every single one’s been attacked in the last two years.”
Besides taking a look at social media platforms like Twitter, YouTube and Facebook, the panel will explore how Biden’s Department of Justice attacked parents who spoke out at school board meetings against abuses by public schools. The machinations of Anthony Fauci also will be probed, exposing how Democrats forced social media companies to parrot Leftist views and suppress truths about the Covid vaccines.
