Will Merchan Drop Trump Case?

Viva Frei’s David Freiheit unravels the mess that is the Trump hush-money payment case, spearheaded by George Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and corrupt lefty Judge Juan Merchan.

Freiheit, sticking to his guns, opines the uber-progressive Merchan will be forced to vacate the Trump conviction in the case and, of course, the impending sentencing, and blame it all on what he calls the Supreme Court’s frivolous ruling on presidential immunity.

The Tale Of Two Emails

Early last week, the White House emailed staffers instructions on how to clear out their offices in light of the fake Presidential election results. However, the following day they received another email to stand down, adding that urgent information would soon follow.

What did follow was a tweet from Trump Legal Team member Jenna Ellis that said the President will not be imposing martial law and redoing the entire election. “We have a a constitutional process for the Electoral College and remedies for corrupted elections,” she said. She further explained in another tweet that the Trump Administration’s hopes lie with state legislators, who do not need a court order to move forward, since they are specifically granted plenary authority by the Constitution. Trump’s Legal Path To Victory

Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz says there still is a legal and lawful means by which President Trump and his legal team could turn around election results in key states that were originally projected for Joe Biden.

At the moment, the number of states that have certified their electors favors Biden reaching 270 votes and the Presidency. But not so fast, Gaetz says. He tells Newsmax anchor Sean Spicer that he has spoken with key Republican members of the House and Senate and there is interest in the alleged voting irregularities, and in presenting them to force a debate in Congress about whether to accept these electors. Each of the electors are subject to objection as spelled out in the Constitution.

Giuliani: Michigan AG A Phony

Former New York City Mayor and head of the Team Trump legal team, Rudy Giuliani, is steamed at Michigan  Attorney General Dana Nessel and her zeal to let Democrats steal the Presidential election.

The flamboyant Giuliani says Nessel is missing the fact that the corrupt Democrat Party in Detroit hauled in 100,000 votes at 4:30 a.m. in vehicles that looked like garbage trucks and stashed in garbage pales, with no Republicans observers in sight. He says his team has witnesses to the incident that have testified under oath. “But I guess the Michigan attorney general doesn’t like witnesses that are testifying under oath about things that are damaging the Democrats. What a phony,” he says.

Appearing with Fox News’ Lou Dobbs, Giuliani explains how the Trump Team is fighting to block illegal ballots and also gives his take on the departure of Sidney Powell from the legal team.

Trump’s Path To Victory

Since Day 1, when then-candidate Donald J. Trump and his wife, Melania, came down the escalator at Trump Tower in New York, the odds have been stacked against him. He’s been politically assaulted every which way by the Left and their loyal public relations pals, the mainstream media. Failed Elections, Multiple States

The 11th hour is approaching for the Trump Campaign in its quest to procure more election-day fraud evidence. And, as expected, the state of Pennsylvania seems to be the key in the fight.

Jordan Sekulow, a member of Trump’s legal team, says the campaign is vowing to keep up the fight and is moving forward with multiple challenges in several states. He says this will be a pivotal week in the process and its off to a good start with the campaign getting a stay from the U.S. Supreme Court in Pennsylvania regarding late ballots that were postmarked after election day. The action will be referred to the full court, who will determine if there are enough cases that will be put together to make it “outcome determinative,” which means enough legal votes would change and illegal votes tossed. Appearing on Newsmax’s “Wake Up America,” Sekulow breaks down the Trump Campaign’s activity regarding fraud in multiple states.
