There’s been a massive swing in voter support for former President Donald Trump since the latest failed assassination attempt. Rasmussen lists Trump up 52 to 46 over Kamala Harris in a head-to-head competition.
Obviously, some voters will go third party and split those results, but Trump is almost assured a victory if this sentiment prevails though election day.Rasmussen believes Trump is on pace to pick up more than 300 electoral votes, well in excess of the 270 needed to win the Presidency.

A committee in the Georgia State Senate has approved a proposal calling for decertification of the state’s Presidential electors. These Democratic electors are being challenged on grounds that the party rigged and stole the 2020 Presidential vote. Actually Trump picked up a smattering of rogue electors from several state delegations — not only Pennsylvania and Georgia — but also votes from Nevada, New Mexico, Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona. The Electoral College tally was 302 for Biden and 232 for Trump. If state Legislatures in a few states overturn the election results, on the basis of fraud, this vote could still go to President Donald Trump. More from Steve Turley.
Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz says there still is a legal and lawful means by which President Trump and his legal team could turn around election results in key states that were originally projected for Joe Biden.
At the moment, the number of states that have certified their electors favors Biden reaching 270 votes and the Presidency. But not so fast, Gaetz says. He tells Newsmax anchor Sean Spicer that he has spoken with key Republican members of the House and Senate and there is interest in the alleged voting irregularities, and in presenting them to force a debate in Congress about whether to accept these electors. Each of the electors are subject to objection as spelled out in the Constitution.
