I’m Done Hiding

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) was supposed to promote fairness, but has it actually done the opposite?

Victor Davis Hanson explains how affirmative action evolved into a system that prioritizes identity over merit, creating contradictions that can no longer be ignored. “Now we’re watching, in my opinion, the death of women sports,” Carter says. “It’s like we’re marching toward the end of women’s rights.” Carter says it’s not just the LGBTQ alphabet-soup community leading the charge, but women themselves. IBM: Discriminatory Weasels

IBM, or the International Business Machines Corporation, has conducted gross discrimination against white and Asian job applicants. In fact, the discrimination has been so flagrant that IBM managers have been told their bonuses will be upheld or they could be fired if they don’t adhere to discriminatory job practices pushed by Arvind Krishna, the chairman and chief executive officer of IBM.

Investigative journalist James O’Keefe secured proof of the discrimination in a video released on Monday by the O’Keefe Media Group. The video captured  Krishna speaking at an internal meeting, which also included Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, and Corporate Communications Director Allison Showalter.

Now, the America First Legal’s Center for Legal Equality has filed a civil rights complaint against IBM with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). America First Legal is under the purview of Stephen Miller, who previously served as senior advisor for former President Donald Trump. Here’s more on the IBM bigotry from Mark Dice.

Whoopi’s Misguided Rant

Next News Network’s Elijah Schaffer rips into Whoopi Goldberg for her recent misguided rant on the U.S. Supreme Court’s affirmative action decision.

Goldberg assailed the court’s decision to end the long-standing affirmative action standard for attending college, affirming instead merit-based admissions. Says Schaffer, “On the contrary to Goldberg’s claims, affirmative action doesn’t level the playing field for disadvantaged minorities, it perpetrates discrimination.” Here’s more.
