Is Trump Now Untouchable?

Why are the Democrats sounding even more jagged and discombobulated than ever? Simple. With the hush money trial against former President Donald Trump in Manhattan, they thought they had brandished him a sleazy criminal, a hardened untouchable that no self-reserving American could admire, let alone ever cast a vote for.

But the trial cooked up by fat Alvin Bragg and the corrupt Judge Juan Merchan was so flat-out phony, Americans instead have been rallying behind Trump and celebrating him as their next “outcast” President.

Trump himself seems to be sliding and gliding, smiling a bit more and having some fun on the campaign trial. In other words. what the grubby Democrats intended has backfired. They are cooked again, same as the demonic Hillary Clinton in 2016. The Liberal Hivemind captures the change in the zeitgeist.

Plenty For Trump To Appeal

ACLJ Executive Director Jordan Sekulow tells TBN’s Mike Huckabee that there’s plenty for President Trump to appeal following his conviction in the New York hush-money trial.

Sekulow, one of the few who accurately predicted the outcome of the trial, says it may be difficult maneuvering through the New York Appellate system, but says the process will ultimately get him to the U.S. Supreme Court. He says the Supremes should have a heyday with the case, reviewing Judge Juan Merchan’s weird jury instructions and his decision to disallow the testimony of the former chairman of the Federal Election Commission.

Sekulow says perhaps the most egregious error was that Trump’s legal team was not allowed to fight the felony charge brought against him. He explains further, plus gives his analysis of the additional cases that Trump faces.

Mistrial Possible In NY Case

Former President Donald Trump’s hush money case might be declared a mistrial after one of the jurors supposedly leaked the verdict in advance. The juror’s cousin supposedly posted an advance notice on Facebook of the guilty verdict pending.

Styxhexenhammer666 says this certainly could be grounds for a mistrial, but it remains to be seen if New York Judge Juan Merchan will order an investigation or whether the corrupt officials in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office will actually follow suit. We’re not exactly talking about an honest or diligent bunch of officials, or a city known for its impartiality!

Trump To Petition Supremes

In a bombshell development, Restricted Republic’s Lisa Haven reports that President Trump will petition the U.S. Supreme Court to be the deciding voice in the final outcome of his hush-money trial, which delivered a shocking guilty verdict to the 45th President last week.

Posting on Truth Social, Trump wrote: “A Radical Left Soros backed D.A., who ran on a platform of “I will get Trump,” reporting to an “Acting” Local Judge, appointed by the Democrats, who is HIGHLY CONFLICTED, will make a decision which will determine the future of our Nation? Juan O. Savin: Judicial Fraud

Juan O. Savin tells MamaHubs.com that we are currently witnessing a judicial system that’s out of control and no longer following any normative rules or instruction.

Savin says the bizarre antics of corrupt Judge Juan Merchan and disillusioned Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg in the Trump hush money trial was an attack on all of America. “This is a civil rights violation, because this court and this prosecutor are damaging our ability as Americans to have a national campaign with someone who the people want to get a chance to vote for.”

While the Trump legal team will proceed with an immediate appeal of the guilty verdict, Savin says there is more than one case in their arsenal regarding election interference. Savin says the Trennis Evans Colorado ballot-fraud case has the best chance of reaching the Supreme Court.

Joe Manchin: Latest Walkaway

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg might have thought he was helping the Democrats by indicting former President Donald Trump on a bunch of bogus charges. But already, shortly after Trump was found guilt on 34 charges in the kangaroo courtroom presided over by Judge Juan Merchan, key Democrats are calling it quits and dropping out of the whack-job party.

The most notable name so far: West Virginia’s Joe Manchin,  who has served as a U.S. senator since 2010. Manchin has now officially dropped out of the Democratic Party and registered anew as an independent, saying “My commitment to do everything I can to bring our country together has led me to register as an independent with no party affiliation.”

Now What?

How do selective prosecution and enemies’ lists pose such a grave danger to the United States? Now, instead of prosecuting crimes, we have district attorneys who fabricate crimes to fit the most deranged political persuasions of their constituencies.

Witness the 34 charges upon which former President Donald Trump was indicted, and subsequently found guilty, in the New York hush money trial. This is a case that should never have been brought to trial. It only arose because a corrupt district attorney funded by George Soros — Alvin Bragg —  held court before a corrupt Democratic and wholly biased judge — Juan Merchan.
