Trump Trial Delayed

Trump’s trial in New York was delayed due to a sick juror and a feverish Alina Habba, Trump’s chief lawyer. Trump didn’t take the day off, though, and blasted E. Jean Carroll on Truth Social as the media whines that a conviction can’t come soon enough.

A new report from U.S. Barry Loudermilk, R-Georgia, says the J6 Committee deleted encrypted evidence from hard drives before turning them over to their Republican counterparts. Meanwhile, Steve Baker (@tpc4usa) and his attorneys sent a letter to the U.S. Department Of Justice,  demanding answers about their partisan J6 prosecutions.

Fani Willis’ lawyer appeared in Court during Nathan Wade’s divorce proceeding to argue that the Fulton County District Attorney is too busy with prosecuting Trump to appear for a subpoena. Both Jocelyn Wade’s lawyer and Michael Roman’s lawyer, Ashleigh Merchant, also appeared to argue in favor of unsealing the case and requiring Fani to be deposed. Habba Files For A Mistrial

Former President Donald Trump submitted his Colorado Ballot removal brief to the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing there will be “bedlam” and “chaos” if the Court allows individual states to decide to keep Trump off the ballot in 2024.

Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba filed a letter motion with Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, renewing her request for a mistrial based upon E. Jean Carroll’s testimony admitting to deleting key evidence.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis sent a panicky emergency motion to quash Nathan Wade’s divorce subpoena and Wade’s ex-wife Jocelyn Wade responded. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Unethical Jack Smith Slammed

Trump trial day 3 continued with Alina Habba cross-examining E. Jean Carroll after previously getting her to admit she deleted threatening emails and met with George Conway to discuss suing Trump.

Jack Smith got his J6 filing privileges REVOKED for his unethical and illegal filings, and now he has to get permission from Judge Tanya Chutkan prior to filing on matters related to the pending appeal.

Smith’s Interference Blasted

Former President Donald Trump’s defense attorneys slammed Jack Smith’s “blatant” attempts to continue litigation in the January 6th case. In their final reply, Trump’s lawyers argue the appeal imposes a total stay that Smith’s team continues to violate with this discovery notices and motions in limine.

Trump plans to testify in E. Jean Carroll’s second trial and Defense Attorney Alina Habba responds to attempts to limit his testimony.

Big Fani Willis finally responded to the Nathan Wade allegations in a talk to her church, blaming racism for the recent attacks as she works to “save the world.” But Defense Attorney Ashleigh B. Merchant says she has actual evidence to support the shocking claims, with witnesses ready to testify to the allegations made in her motion.

Players embedded within the deep state and military bureaucracy are actively planning to subvert President Trump should he win the White House in 2024, according to a new NBC News report. Fearless Fighters: “Get Brazen”

Why are the leftists so eager to stop Trump? What are they so afraid of?

Do they fear the release of the names of Jeffrey Epstein’s wealthy clients, those who raped and preyed upon children? Do they think Trump will remove the smug bureaucrats from the FBI, Department of Justice and other like-minded agencies whose employees have placed themselves above the American Constitution?

The Communists are so sad, and so backward, pushing their narratives involving Trump as some kind of dictator and despot. It’s time for those of us who support him to get brazen and to backtalk the Democrats! Do not fear. Do not be silent.

Trump Demands Televised Trial

Trump agrees with the media (!) that cameras MUST be allowed in the courtroom for the January 6th show trial. Not surprisingly, Jack Smith and the Department of Justice prosecutors object fervently to any coverage of their corruption and demand Judge Tanya Chutkan follow the federal court precedent of prohibiting coverage.

Vance To Block Biden Nominees

Trump Takes The Stand

Explosive day in Court after Judge Arthur Engoran ordered President Trump to the stand to explain his comments to the AP. After Alina Habba got convicted perjurer Michael Cohen to admit he is a convicted perjurer, Engoran denied Trump’s motion for a Directed Verdict. Trump’s reaction to the ruling left the courtroom in gasps.

Trump’s defense filed a 34-page Motion to Dismiss his January 6th prosecution, alleging massive defects in Jack Smith’s indictment under U.S. law. We review the filing, which argues that Biden’s DOJ has illegally perverted the U.S. Code to indict their top political opponent.
