Democrats Turn To Extremists

If you listen to members of the Democratic Socialists of America talking to the public, you might think they are decent, hard-working individuals. They want potholes fixed, and  factory staff paid better, while students also get a helping hand. As an example, see what Francesa Hong, the DSA candidate for governor of Wisconsin, preaches upfront.

But when you hear what these people say behind the scenes, the picture gets much cloudier. They want to take over and run every corporation. They want to control a centralized bank that would decide on all loans. They want an authoritarian,  top-down system that benefits government weasels while gouging everyday citizens, and especially any citizens who don’t approve of the socialist leaders!

Journalist Karlyn Borosenko infiltrated DSA Zoom chats so you can hear precisely what these extremist nutballs are saying. If this is the future of the Democratic Party, that party is going straight down the drain.  Here’s more from the Liberal Hivemind.

EU’s Battle For Censorship

The Podcast of The Lotus Eaters panel dissects the European Parliament’s Digital Services Act (DSA), which aims to censor Big Tech.

Parliament commissioners said the DSA must be respected, because “we’re bringing European values into the digital world.” The panel confirms that Parliament has already formed a Ministry of Truth, ala 1984 style, and have their sights focused on silencing X, formerly Twitter, and Elon Musk, among others, especially for their reporting of the Israel conflict.

One of The Lotus Eaters panel members jests, “Obviously, this is an attempt to conduct German-style control of the internet, but I hope that they’re very Italian in their enforcement.” Here’s more.
