Dick Morris says evidence is growing that at least one, and possibly as many as three, spies were planted in the Trump campaign by the FBI and by M16, the British government’s answer to the CIA. Morris says the infiltration was clearly “one notch past Watergate.” The compromised US press might stay silent, but the US public should demand answers from the guilty intelligence agencies. Ramzpaul outlines what’s at stake with the FISA memo release. He believes the crimes involved are a “hundred times worse” than Watergate. Essentially, the memo details illegal spying conducted by the FBI on behalf of Hillary Clinton. The goal was to stop the candidacy of Donald Trump by falsely connecting him to Russia.
Former FBI Director James Comey came out, basically calling this report a “nothing burger” and defending the rogue leftist FBI agents behind trying to politicize the agency. Comey says it isn’t a big deal that FBI agents lied to gain FISA warrant. Styxhexenhammer666 takes a different tack.
Styx has a second memo, examining the shilling going in among the legacy media, who go into a propaganda overdrive to downplay and refute the FISA memo. On December 12th, 2017, the Department of Justice turned over about 375 text messages to Congress ahead of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s committee appearance the following day. These text messages were uncovered during a Justice Department inspector general investigation into whether political influence affected DOJ decisions during the campaign.
The texts detailed alarming bias and involved FBI Agent Lisa Page and Peter Strzok – who led the Hillary Clinton email investigation including interviewed Clinton aides Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Hillary Clinton. Strzok was responsible for changing James Comey’s statement verbiage from “grossly negligent” to extremely careless” – federal law carries penalties for gross negligence in the handling of classified material. Strzok also helped launch the Trump/Russia collusion investigation and interviewed former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn leading to his eventual guilty plea for lying to the FBI under dubious circumstances. Judge Andrew Napolitano says the charges surrounding Susan Rice — the use of top-secret intelligence information for political purposes — are worse than Watergate. He says, “The more of this that comes out, and the more the public knows, the more the public will see the campaign of President Obama and his colleagues to undermine the presidency of Donald Trump using the intelligence community as an instrument.”
Napolitano adds that the charges as now outlined constitute a felony.
