Swalwell Colludes With Bidens

January 6th Judge Beryl Howell received a Judicial Complaint from Rep. Elise Stefanik for Howell’s involvement at a legal gala where she made comments critical of former President Donald Trump and pending cases. Formerly the presiding Judge of the D.C. Circuit until 2023, Judge Beryl appeared at the gala with the current Department of Justice Deputy AG Lisa Monaco and Rod Rosenstein, the former Deputy AG under Trump.

Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis’ cases are so weak she was only able to extract a single-sentence-apology from two of her defendants — Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro. When asked about her case in a recent podcast, Willis gave short answers and wanted to move on

U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-California, confirms he played wingman at Hunter Biden’s press conference, telling the media he is assisting because Joe Biden loves his son. Former Department of Justice Deputy Rod Rosenstein makes a fool of himself with his testimony this week before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Rosenstein does clear the air, though, saying there was “no there there” on the charges of Russian collusion. Also, he claimed at one point FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe “was not fully candid with me” regarding FBI proceedings. So, it looks like the Obama appointees are going to start trying to weasel out of a lot of the sham charges they brought against the Trump administration. Rosenstein Testifies To Senate

Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee chaired by South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham Wednesday. After Rosenstein’s opening statement, Sen. Graham tore into him. Rosenstein’s long-winded answers were frequently cut off by Sen. Graham. He pummeled Rosenstein with the same question over and over, trying to get at what he knew about the basis for the FISA warrant initially permitting the unprecedented spying on candidate Trump’s campaign activities.
