It’s A Wonderful Lie!

David Knight’s first YouTube censored piece, produced 10 years ago, paints a vivid picture of the conspiracy and corruption we call the Federal Reserve Bank.

It was pieced together on the 100th anniversary of the Fed, which was created two days before Christmas in 1913, to creatively reveal the similarities with Frank Capra’s iconic holiday production, It’s a Wonderful Life, and the manipulations of Mr. Potter, inspired by J.P. Morgan.

Knight says the video was censored on the basis of a copyright violation, even though it was fair use commentary. The clips were taken from the entire movie, which had been available for free for a decade and had about a million views at the time.

Says Knight, “There are striking parallels between It’s A Wonderful Life to the lies and tricks that real bankers used to create the Federal Reserve. It’s been a wonderful lie for bankers.” Here’s the rest of the story.

Greatest Christmas Movie Ever

For this episode of Making Movies Great Again, Sebastian Gorka and Chris Kohls, AKA “Mr. Reagan,” review one of the greatest Christmas movies of all time. The movie: It’s a Wonderful Life, directed and co-written by Frank Capra and starring Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed.

Gorka and Kohls get into the scrapped original ideas for the story to the many ways the 1946 film was rejected before it was made.

It’s A Wonderful Lie. Relax, it’s just a meme. Here’s more from The United Spot.

The Movie They Want To Ban

There is no better Christmas time movie than the 1946 Jimmy Stewart classic It’s A Wonderful Life. But NBC is going to make sure it’s very difficult to watch this year, and forever more. WHY? Author James Perloff joins the SGTReport to discuss.

We suggest every NBC employee should receive a lump of coal in their Christmas stockings this year. We’d start with the head Scrooge — CEO Steve Burke. Bah humbug to you, sir. No pudding with your porridge this Christmas season.

A Libertarian Christmas

Reason.TV’s Kennedy throws lumps of coal at the most un-libertarian Christmas movies and specials of all time, a list that includes A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Christmas Memory, Love Actually, White Christmas and Miracle on 34th Street.

On the flip side, she explains why Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, It’s a Wonderful Life and The Sound of Music are her favorite fare when snuggling up to the electronic hearth with her kids and a Super Big Gulp filled with 100-proof eggnog.

A World Without Capitalism

Lots of leftists these days are down on capitalism, but how many of these pampered protesters have really thought through their positions? Step into an alternate reality where capitalism doesn’t exist, and everyone’s free to scrounge for government handouts of coffee and gruel, and to dodge the riot police. This mix of It’s A Wonderful Life and Groundhog Day was created by the Fund for American Studies. H/T IMAO
