Winning! Supreme Justice!

In the U.S. Supreme Court showdown, signs point to the majority of justices backing former President Donald Trump’s arguments in support of presidential immunity. If so, it will be curtains for Special Prosecutor Jack Smith.

He will likely not be able to defeat Trump and most certainly no time ahead of the 2024 election. Here’s more from Trish Regan.

Here, former President Donald Trump’s defense aide Kash Patel talks with Stephen Gardner about the myriad of court cases filed against Trump. We are learning that these cases didn’t at all originate in Georgia, Florida, New York or elsewhere.

Every single case was hatched inside Joe Biden’s Department of of Justice, with the assistance of the crooks at the FBI. Biden simply lied outright — like a stuffed pig — about his involvement.

Have we ever seen a man who demeaned the office of the Presidency any worse than Joe Biden? Has there ever been an American president not only so incompetent, but so deceitful?

Trump Has Been Arrested

The Democrats’ Goon Squad arrests Donald Trump, trying to force him to withdraw from the presidential race. There’s the belching, gin-soaked Nancy Pelosi, the paranoid Hillary Clinton and the snarling prosecutors Jack Smith and Merrick Garland. Biden Behind Trump Lawfare

The crooked — and obviously quite cowardly — Joe Biden administration has been behind the lawfare campaign against former President Donald Trump since the very beginning. And who else is deeply involved? The same dirty law enforcement agencies, like the FBI, that have been hatching bogus charges for years now against Trump.

These are among the conclusions you can reach by poring over some 400 unredacted pages of intelligence documents pertaining to the current trial against Trump before Judge Aileen Cannon. Cannon has released the documents and they show a Democratic administration that has truly twisted and perverted justice in an apparent attempt to remain in power.

MSNBC Brings Back Avenatti!

MSNBC resurrected Michael Avenatti from the prison cell where he’s serving up to 14 years after stealing money from his clients. MSNBC was apparently counting on the hotshot lawyer to bury former President Donald Trump, but instead, Avenatti grilled the lame case brought against Trump by New York Attorney General Letitia “Peekaboo” James.

He called it the wrong case at the wrong time, and predicted Trump will ultimately win — not at all what the Leftists at MSNBC wanted to hear. Here’s more from Mark Dice.

Judge Aileen Cannon granted many of Jack Smith’s requests to seal evidence in the classified documents case, but not before ripping the Special Counsel for repeatedly failing to properly raise the issue at prior settings.

Trump has submitted as many as 10 appeals in the Stormy-Cohen prosecution, seeking review of multiple unconstitutional actions by the lower court, while both the government and the court feverishly race the case to trial.

Currently incarcerated Michael Avenatti joined the media to blast Alvin Bragg’s prosecution of President Trump, explaining that Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen are both unreliable and dishonest government witnesses who will be seen for who they are by the jury. Poor Jack Smith Humiliated

Special Prosecutor Jack Smith should be removed but even he admits that he just wants Judge Aileen Cannon of Florida to hurry. But, so far, she hasn’t rammed Smith’s case through the courts in the phony way that the fake news and Democratic lawfare proponents had in mind.

Judges Conspired To Zap Trump

Judge Scott McAfee denied former President Donald Trump’s request to dismiss the Georgia indictment, but defense attorney Steve Sadow says there is still a possibility to renew the filing at a later date.

Judge Aileen Cannon denied Trump’s request to dismiss the classified documents case based upon the Presidential Records Act, but also rejected Jack Smith’s demand for an immediate ruling as to jury instructions, meaning this issue will likely be coming back up soon.

Battle On For Nebraska Votes

Jack Smith demanded Judge Aileen Cannon issue her decision on a classified documents legal issue immediately, threatening that if she finds against the government, the special counsel promises to aggressively appeal her ruling.

New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg raged at Trump’s request to recuse Judge Juan Merchan in a pre-motion response letter, while simultaneously Judge Merchan issued an order denying Trump’s presidential immunity.

Trump Judge Oozes Corruption

Former President Donald Trump’s defense has responded to Alvin Bragg’s request to expand Judge Juan Merchan’s gag order to include the Judge’s daughter, Loren. New reports into Loren’s professional background reveal her involvement in raising as much as $93 million for Democratic candidates, prompting calls for additional scrutiny into her father’s judicial bias. In addition, Loren Merchan received payments of nearly $14 million from Adam Schiff.

Trump submitted his final reply on Presidential Immunity to Judge Aileen Cannon, arguing that even Jack Smith admits Trump took the documents while President, making those official acts subject to Presidential Immunity.

James Busted In Fraud Scandal

The corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James has been caught in the middle of her own fraud scandal. New allegations are emerging that she is using her office to avoid paying a $3 million loan while protecting a group that overly-inflated their property values. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump has appealed Judge Arthur Engoron’s $450m order, arguing the ruling is unconstitutional and in violation of prior findings from the New York Court of Appeals.

Trump sued ABC News and George Stephanopoulos for repeatedly defaming him after the E. Jean Carroll verdict by claiming Trump was found guilty of a crime he did not commit.
