Trump Appeals Big Fani Ruling

Former President Donald Trump’s defense and 7 co-defendants filed to appeal Judge Scott McAfee’s order, allowing Fani Willis to remain on the case. Defense attorney Steve Sadow made the announcement and Trump attorney Alina Habba reacted to McAfee’s ruling.

Trump roasted Fani Willis during a campaign stop while Georgia politicians took to the airwaves to condemn Fani Willis’ behavior after McAfee’s ruling came down. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Judge Allows For Corruption

Judge Scott McAfee ruled on Fani Willis’ disqualification, ordering her to choose between herself and her former lover.  So, in other words, corruption will continue for former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants.  McAfee might act like he’s Solomon, but, at heart, he’s just your ordinary Democratic hack.

Big Fani Plotted With Kamala

In a newly released filing, White House records were made public on Wednesday for the first time revealing the fact that Fani Willis, the district attorney of Fulton County, was actively meeting with Kamala Harris shortly before Georgia indicted former President Donald Trump.

This new record (alongside a handful of other records we’ve been able to get our hands on) has allowed us to piece together a timeline of what was actually taking place behind the scenes. Fani’s Effort To Save Herself

Fani Willis is nearing the end, and so she rolls out a last-minute effort to save herself. Will the Fulton County district attorney be disqualified as the prosecutor and forced to abandon her trumped-up case against former President Donald Trump and nearly 20 c0-defendants? Or will the wine guy come to her rescue?

Also, will she ever go on another vacation with Nathan Wade again? And if so, will the taxpayers pay for that lark, too?

Trump Case On Life Support

Former President Donald Trump’s defense is gearing up for the New York criminal trial and submitted a massive motion in limine, focused in large part on precluding or limiting Michael Cohen’s expected testimony in the Bragg Prosecution.

Surprising no one, Fani Willis’ official office policy was to prefer “black male” judges over white males and females.

Fani Better Buckle Her Belt

Things are going from bad to worse for Fani Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney who tried to concoct her own elaborate RICO case naming former President Donald Trump and 18 codefendants.

By now, most of you know the scam. Willis paid her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, to research and investigate the charges and frame the case. Meanwhile, she and Wade enjoyed the hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees, taking lavish vacations on cruise ships in the Caribbean and off to California’s wine country.

But as her ethical abuses become known, and she herself faces being disqualified from the case, Willis is losing it, even inside the courtroom.

How much longer before Judge Scott McAfee moves to disqualify her? And is he capable of doing so, after having worked in the same law firm as Willis? It’s also been revealed that he donated to her campaign before his appointment to the court.

Fani Willis’ ex-boy friend — Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade — filed a brief, seeking to stop Judge Scott McAfee from reviewing Terrence Bradley’s texts, claiming they are protected under attorney-client privilege.

Some 22 state Attorney Generals submitted an amicus brief in support of former President Donald Trump and his immunity battle at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Trump’s defense objected to Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron’s order and judgment, arguing the Court colluded with Letitia James and her office in crafting the judgement without conferring with the defense as required by New York law. Fani Gets Her Biscuits Buttered

Fani Willis and Fulton County appear for an evidentiary hearing in Judge Scott McAfee’s courtroom to defend against being disqualified from the Trump Prosecution. Defense attorneys, led by Michael Roman’s lawyer Ashleigh Merchant, argue the entire RICO case should be dismissed after uncovering evidence of an affair between Fani and her Special Prosecutor, Nathan Wade. Obama, Biden Collude On Hoax

Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade’s conflicting statements are laid bare in David Shafer’s supplemental motion to dismiss Fani Willis’ RICO indictment. Shafer is a former chairman of the Georgia Republican Party.

Georgia Senators sound the alarm over Fani Willis’ refusal to investigate election integrity issues throughout Fulton County, calling on Merrick Garland and the FBI to step in.

The CIA orchestrated spying on the Trump campaign using foreign spies, according to a new report from Michael @shellenberger, an investigative reporter collaborating most recently with Matt Taibbi. The new details reveal what led to the Russian Collusion hoax perpetrated against incoming President Donald Trump.

New details in the plot to take down President Donald Trump indicate that a crooked Democrat, former President Barack Obama, kicked it all off with foreign intel. The FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was nothing but a blind attempt to locate evidence, proving Obama’s thuggery and the machinations of Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan.

Trump Prosecutors Enraged

Former President Donald Trump’s demand for additional discovery seems to have pushed Jack Smith’s team over the edge. In a ranty, 67-page filing, Smith’s team “sets the record straight,” arguing they are allowed to withhold evidence and that Trump’s defense has all the discovery they are entitled to under the law.

The Fani Willis dismissal battle continues to heat up, with Mike Roman’s defense now indicating they have information that refutes claims the Fulton County District Attorney made about her affair with Nathan Wade in her prior filings.

Willis: She Was Getting Boned!

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis now admits: She was getting boned by Nathan Wade, the man she paid more than $750,000 in the Georgia case against former President Donald Trump. But Willis claims her banging Wade has nothing to do with her payments to him. Nor the fact that she gave him more money than others doing the same job.

Our take: Authorities in Georgia will move to strike down the Willis prosecution. It simply can’t stand the test of true justice, being so steeped in corruption, greed and an illicit affair among prosectors. Here’s more from Styxhexenhammer666.
