FBI Issues China Warning

A little-known Barack Obama memo may provide another defense in the Trump Classified Documents case. America First Legal filed a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request, seeking records related to the “Presidential Information Technology Committee.” It was created under Obama and established broad Presidential Authority over Classified Documents.

Fani Willis and Fulton County are being sued by Mike Roman’s defense team for failure to comply with discovery demands. Elsewhere, Fani will avoid testifying in Nathan Wade’s divorce proceedings after the case moves towards a settlement.

Cori Bush Probed On Ethics

Former President Donald Trump’s defense joined the effort to disqualify Fani Willis in Georgia, saying she tainted the jury pool with her public speeches blaming racism for her public scrutiny.

Trump’s defense attorney Alina Habba dropped her concerns about a reported mentor relationship between Kaplan and Kaplan, the Judge and the plaintiff in the E. Jean Carroll trial.

Fani’s White House Collusion

Former President Donald Trump’s defense team slammed a new report from Judge Arthur Engoron’s Financial Monitor, claiming the “monitor” is not conducting an unbiased inquiry into the Trump Org., but is instead grifting millions of dollars in fees through the legal process.

E. Jean Carroll’s lawyer Roberta Kaplan previously worked with the same Judge who presided over the Trump trial that resulted in the $83 million verdict. Judge Lewis Kaplan and Roberta Kaplan worked at the same firm in the ’90s, according to Roberta’s representative and the New York Post.

Fani Willis’ prosecutors admitted they were contacted twice by Biden’s White House Counsel via letters to Fulton County, but only to discuss “logistics” and “procedural” issues, and nothing else worthy of being disclosed to the defense. Trump Trial Delayed

Trump’s trial in New York was delayed due to a sick juror and a feverish Alina Habba, Trump’s chief lawyer. Trump didn’t take the day off, though, and blasted E. Jean Carroll on Truth Social as the media whines that a conviction can’t come soon enough.

A new report from U.S. Barry Loudermilk, R-Georgia, says the J6 Committee deleted encrypted evidence from hard drives before turning them over to their Republican counterparts. Meanwhile, Steve Baker (@tpc4usa) and his attorneys sent a letter to the U.S. Department Of Justice,  demanding answers about their partisan J6 prosecutions.

Fani Willis’ lawyer appeared in Court during Nathan Wade’s divorce proceeding to argue that the Fulton County District Attorney is too busy with prosecuting Trump to appear for a subpoena. Both Jocelyn Wade’s lawyer and Michael Roman’s lawyer, Ashleigh Merchant, also appeared to argue in favor of unsealing the case and requiring Fani to be deposed. Habba Files For A Mistrial

Former President Donald Trump submitted his Colorado Ballot removal brief to the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing there will be “bedlam” and “chaos” if the Court allows individual states to decide to keep Trump off the ballot in 2024.

Trump’s lawyer Alina Habba filed a letter motion with Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, renewing her request for a mistrial based upon E. Jean Carroll’s testimony admitting to deleting key evidence.

Unethical Jack Smith Slammed

Trump trial day 3 continued with Alina Habba cross-examining E. Jean Carroll after previously getting her to admit she deleted threatening emails and met with George Conway to discuss suing Trump.

Jack Smith got his J6 filing privileges REVOKED for his unethical and illegal filings, and now he has to get permission from Judge Tanya Chutkan prior to filing on matters related to the pending appeal.
