Government To The “RESCUE”

From FDR to Obama to Mamdani… politicians trash capitalism.

Their words aren’t harmless, says Economist Don Boudreaux.

“Negative words… kept investors on the sidelines, kept unemployment higher.”

Myths about Great Depression and Great Recession are busted here as John Stossel interviews Boudreaux.

Sleepwalking Into Disaster

We are sleepwalking into disaster. Computer scientist Stuart Russell, who wrote one of the top college textbooks on artificial intelligence, says, ‘We are looking at 80% unemployment due to AI.’”

Here, Greg Hunter discusses this looming calamity with Hajnen Payson, who operates the YouTube channel AI News & Strategy. “This could be nightmarish. . ..,” says Payson. “Where is this going? Nobody really knows. . .. Never in recorded history have we been at a crossroads like this.”

There is much more in the 62-minute interview on Hunter’s channel USAWatchdog.com.

Enemy Was Planted Inside Of Us

In every election cycle, political parties and politicians appoint themselves experts in the problems  Americans face–the economy, unemployment, conflict and wars, and poverty, to name a few.

What they don’t realize is that they’re addressing the symptoms of these troubles, not the root causes. Inspired’s Jean Nolan suggests, “The literally planted the problem inside of us and we are not aware of it.”

Nolan says the real problems take on a more psychological nature and are directly connected to our psyche–dilemmas such as trust difficulties, chronic anxiety and depression, identity confusion and managing emotions. And what causes this disruption in our lives? “All of this is the result of systematic childhood trauma and/or unresolved multigenerational trauma. He explains further and takes a deeper dive into the issue.

Are We Repeating 1933?

1933 has significance as the height of the Great Depression — the year when the unemployment rate across America stood around 24 percent. The liar in chief, Joe Biden, claims America’s current unemployment rate is only around 4 percent.

But if that was the case, how come so many of us know folks now who are losing their jobs? We all know folks who have sent out scores, even hundreds of job applications, and never received a call-back interview.  Some of these folks have been struggling for so long that they have lost their homes and now survive, day by day, living in the back seats of their cars.

We’ve all heard of crappy companies like Tyson, the chicken company, that laid off thousands of its American workers while establishing new plants, hiring mostly illegal aliens at $14 an hour. How many other supposed “multinational” corporations are doing the same kind of swindle?

Will we soon see another Great Depression, complete with a stock market crash and so many out-of-work Americans that even bullshit artists like the demented Joe Biden won’t be able to dance around the calamity? Here’s more from Patara on Appalachia’s Homestead.

Stossel: We Shouldn’t Fear AI

The media tell us artificial intelligence will replace millions of jobs. John Stossel says they’re right, but that doesn’t mean we should fear it.

Stossel says the Teamsters are protesting self-driving cars, asking government for more regulation, hoping to stop AI vehicles from taking delivery, taxi-driver and truck-driver jobs. That’s a fight they can’t win.

Loom weavers, typists, telephone operators, bank tellers and many other jobs were destroyed because of new technology. It won’t stop happening and AI will make it happen faster.  Here’s his report.

Biden Ushering In Recession

The Biden administration is bragging about job creation, yet unemployment is rising. What gives?

Looks like a lot of lower-middle class employees are taking second jobs. They no longer can get by with one job, so they’re now holding down more part-time jobs. These might be 10 to 20 hours a week, but they provide enough cash to offset escalating food costs, utilities, gasoline, the inflationary spiral.

Here, Styxhexenhammer666 says this spurt of second-tier jobs likely signals a deeper recession ahead. Another sign of a looming recession: rising credit card debt. So button down, and get prepared for tough times.

The Fall Of The West Explained

Decline and decadence: The fate of empires. Economic instability lies ahead, as AI (artificial intelligence) assumes a greater proportion of the work force, leaving fewer paying jobs available for humans. This will come as nations crumble from unsustainable debt and globalization rears its ugly head. More from Black Pigeon Speaks.
