The Search For Free Speech

John Stossel says we Americans take free speech for granted, but if you look around the world, you see why we shouldn’t.  

In Britain, you can get arrested for saying things online that police find offensive. In Scotland, misgendering someone can land you in jail for seven years. Canada may soon pass a law that would punish advocating genocide with life in prison.

Stossel says that now, in the U.S., the House of Representatives voted for a bill that would make chants like “from the river to the sea” illegal at universities. “These are bad ideas. Free speech is valuable,” Stossel says. He explains further.

Wokeism New Religion Of Left

The left is not only trying to police your speech, it wants to silence you. And it’s willing to make you a criminal to do it.

Sara Carter reports that what started as annoying political correctness decades ago is now a full-blown movement to muzzle anyone who dares to confront the left’s narrative and declare them a criminal. Scotland is currently reeling from new hate speech laws on issues ranging from disability to age to sexual orientation and gender identity. Prison time is possible for simply telling the truth.

But freedom is not going down without a fight. Carter welcomes Lois McLatchie, of Alliance Defending Freedom UK , to the podcast to discuss how wokeism is the new religion on the left and how any dissent from its perverted tenets brings ruthless consequences.

We Can Put Anyone In Jail

A story went viral this week that absolutely proves what we’ve all known. The CIA/FBI federal blob can put anyone in jail, if they have a mind to do it.

Scotland’s Hate Crime Law

Scotland has a new hate crime law went into effect on April 1, and the police have already received thousands of reports of alleged incidents. Violators can receive jail terms of up to seven years!

Bidenzuela Breathing Heavily

Joe Biden is breathing heavily. The good news: He’s not targeting children this time. The bad news: He’s trying to impose his fascist edicts on the U.S. Supreme Court.

While it appears some of the justices, like Sam Alito,  can smell the blatant assault on the U.S. Bill of Rights, other justices, like newly appointed Ketanji Brown-Jackson, are practically welcoming the impending dictatorship.

Our Out-Of-Control Government

On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the case Murthy v. Missouri (formerly Missouri v. Biden), which could decide the fate of the federal government’s massive campaign to force social media companies into censoring Americans.

“It’s the most important free speech case in the country,” Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) tells Glenn Beck. Sen. Schmitt, who filed the case while he was Attorney General of Missouri, describes the “Orwellian” things this lawsuit has uncovered: “The full power of the federal government was being used to silence Americans.”

But will this be enough to stop our power-out-of-control government?
