Prosecutors Pushing Gag Orders

Fani Willis responded to the Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell video leaks by unveiling new requirements that defendants and their attorneys view future plea proffer-related discovery at her office under supervision. Who had something to gain in the leaking of the videos?

Jack Smith submitted his answer to former President Donald Trump’s gag order appeal that is currently pending with the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. In the opening pages, Smith claims Trump is essentially an insurrectionist even though he admits he was not charged accordingly under the law.

Pelosi Behind Trump Onslaught

Jack Smith wants Trump and his attorneys limited from speaking to the media about the scam prosecution. Prosecutors ask the Judge to enter their version of the protective order WITHOUT even hearing from Trump during an oral argument.

Trump’s counterclaim against E. Jean Carroll for defaming him after the verdict in the civil trial has been dismissed by Judge Lewis Kaplan. Kaplan explained that E. Jean Carroll’s phrase was close enough and not significant enough to justify Trump’s claim.

Nancy Pelosi’s involvement in the creation of the Trump indictment onslaught strategy is becoming more clear. Democrats get hysterical over the possibility of a Trump victory. Joe Scarborough worries Trump might destroy his most treasured corrupt institutions.

Is The Fix In For Maxwell?

Attorneys for Ghislaine Maxwell have asked a New York judge for a gag order on prosecution witnesses to prevent them from publishing information about the case online. Maxwell is also seeking permission to identify any alleged victims and witnesses who have come forward, which is being described in the media as an ambush on the prosecutors. Why the surprise move? Because the prosecution’s discovery  is likely loaded with “huge names.” Says YouTube investigative blogger Shaun Attwood, “There’s going to be some heinous allegations, the details of all the offenses are going to be in there and Maxwell’s lawyers are going to claim that this will prejudice her ability to get a fair trial.” Attwood added that this has led to rampant speculation that a deal is already done, that the fix is in. There’s reason to believe that the CIA or FBI knew of Maxwell’s whereabouts for a year and could of arrested her at any time, and that the whole case has been staged because she has pre-agreed to a sentence term.
