Judge Gags Trump Again

Judge Juan Merchan is locking down his courtroom ahead of the Trump trial scheduled on April 15th, and issued a gag order limiting what President Trump can say about the case moving forward.

Judge Merchan denied Trump’s request to unseal the court docket and make the trial record more accessible to the public, claiming it was open enough already as the trial date looms. Of note: The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, served as director of digital persuasion in the 2020 campaign of Vice President Kamala Harris. So, Merchan should have recused himself but, of course, he didn’t! Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Trump Appeals Chutkan Gag

Trump has appealed Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order to the full D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing the initial panel was mistaken in their ruling upholding portions of the gag. Citing free speech, the First Amendment and an ongoing political campaign, Trump’s defense asks the court to stay Chutkan’s original order.

CNN confirms Jack Smith wants Trump convicted before the 2024 election, as we’ve long known. To accomplish this, Jack Smith’s prosecutors continue to send discovery notices to Trump’s defense despite the case being officially on pause while on appeal — and Trump’s lawyers are not happy with the continued prosecution.

Hunter Biden was hidden from flight logs when he returned to the White House after defying a Congressional subpoena. Is Hunter above the law? @WesternLensman created a montage of Democrats encouraging prosecution for subpoena-deniers and Jen Psaki weighs in and on how Hunter’s antics are being received by the White House. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court justices from the drugged-out state of Colorado voted four to three to bar former President Donald Trump’s name from appearing on the Colorado’s Republicans primary ballot in 2024.

The four “justices” who voted to bar Trump were William Hood III, Monica Marquez, Richard Gabriel and Melissa Hart. She’s the granddaughter of Archibald Cox, who served as a Watergate prosecutor. We’ll have more to say about these leftist cretins over the days and weeks ahead.

Given the circumstances, the U.S. Supreme Court should strike down this unconstitutional ruling —  a gross abuse of the 14th Amendment. In the meantime, drugs should also be banned once again in Colorado, so perhaps the state’s daffy Democrats might become just a tad bit more clear-headed. Here’s more from Sebastian Gorka.

Trump Wins In Corrupt Court!

Justice Tanya Chutkan, the arrogant and un-American judge who thought she could silence an American President, has now been whipped. And it was former President Donald Trump who administered the justice, winning in Chutkan’s courtroom! The January 6th Judge had no choice but to agree with the defense that that January 6th trial and all associated deadlines are now stayed pending appeal. Conveniently, though, Chutkan decided to maintain jurisdiction over Trump’s gag order to continue to silence his speech as the 2024 election rolls on.

Trump responds to Jack Smith’s attempts to fast track the J6 case in the Court of Appeals, objecting to any attempts to expedite proceedings. Trump’s defense argues Jack Smith is trying to accelerate and squeeze in the trial on March 4th to have maximum political effect on the 2024 election.

Hunter Biden defies Congress, snubbing their subpoena while standing mere feet from the U.S. Capitol. In a strange press conference, Hunter claims to be the victim of a political prosecution orchestrated by the right, despite having been offered multiple sweetheart deals from his father’s Department of Justice.

The GOP moves to formally launch their impeachment inquiry via Congressional vote, moving HR918 out of Committee. U.S. Reps. Tom Cole and James Comer speak on the evidence and Nancy Pelosi responds. Here’s more from Gobert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Trump Gag Order To Be Lifted?

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign declared partial victory after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling finding portions of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order were over broad. Are Joe Biden’s efforts to push censorship coming to a belated, but welcome, close? Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Does Trump Have Immunity?

POTUS’s legal woes may come down to an important decision handed down by the Supreme Court. This comes as Special Prosecutor Jack Smith takes the former President Donald Trump’s defense team to Scotus on the question of Presidential Immunity. Here’s more from RedPill78.

Jack Smith filed a panicky petition at the Supreme Court, urging the Justices to answer unsettled questions on Presidential Immunity. Why the urgency? The government really wants their trial to start on March 4th, the day before Super Tuesday.

While waiting for the Supreme Court to answer questions on Presidential Immunity, Jack Smith urged Judge Tanya Chutkan to continue forward with the case and the January 6th trial as scheduled.

Engoron’s Staff Begs For Gags

Judge Arthur Engoron submitted an affirmation in support of his gag order that came from a Court employee (Lisa Evans, Deputy Counsel for the Clerk) who also conveniently happens to be “Of Counsel” to the Judge’s own lawyer.

Trump-Hating Prosecutor Molly Gaston is BUSTED after Trump’s defense attorneys unearthed a letter she sent to Bill Barr arguing claims of election fraud were “false” before electoral votes were even cast on January 6th.

Governor Kathy Hochul wins the right to continue quarantine enforcement in the State of New York after the Court of Appeals found those challenging the law lacked standing to do so. Hochul continues to try to gain total control over her population with the announcement of new efforts aimed at regulating misinformation and quashing “conspiracy theories” throughout the state. Hunter Insider Gets Subpoenaed

Trump submitted his notice of appeal challenging the “Insurrection” portion of the Judge’s ruling in the Colorado Ballot Removal case. The Colorado Supreme Court also accepted the removal-petitioner’s appeal, which continues to argue for Trump’s removal from primary ballots.

As expected, Judge Tanya Chutkan denied Trump’s motion to strike Jack Smith’s inflammatory language from the January 6th indictment. Chutkan, who also gagged the former President, sees no problem with Jack Smith using insurrectionary language despite bringing no criminal charges of insurrection. Meanwhile, Democrats in the media say Trump is “more dangerous” than Hitler and call for him to be “eliminated.”

The Department of Justice insider who allegedly tipped off Hunter Biden’s defense team to a pending search has been subpoenaed by the House Judiciary Committee. U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf, who made repeated donations to Democrats, has been ordered to appear to answer questions about her role in the Biden Crime Family coverup. Big Fani To Disrupt Election

New York State Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron claims he has “absolute discretion” in his “professional interchanges” with his law clerk Allison Greenfield and predictably denies former President Donald Trump’s motion for a mistrial in a short, cope-filled order.

Big Fani Willis is plotting to have the Georgia RICO Trial already underway and in session DURING the 2024 election. In a recent interview, Willis revealed to the Washington Post that she is planning for the Trump trial to last “for many months” and into 2025. Combined with her motion to start trial in August of 2024, the plan to use the Georgia case as an anchor to hang around Trump during the 2024 election season is coming into fruition.

Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order came under scrutiny during oral arguments in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals after Trump’s team reiterated the President’s rights under the First Amendment. Justices questioned government prosecutor Cecil VanDevender over causation and how to determine what speech is permissible or not. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

AGs Smack Judge’s Gag Order

Trump’s petition against Judge Arthur Engoron challenging his gag order in the Court of Appeals has been released. The filing is more than 2,000 pages long and includes court transcripts that chronicle Judge Engoron’s misconduct throughout the trial.

Eighteen Attorneys General file a brief in support of President Trump’s appeal of Judge Tanya Chutkan’s gag order in the January 6th prosecution. Speaking on behalf of the citizens of their states, the AGs argue that Chutkan has unconstitutionally limited Trump’s free speech rights and overstepped her authority as the Judge in the case. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Gag Order Tossed Out

Judge Arthur Engoron’s unconstitutional gag order was stayed after a New York Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on former President Donald Trump’s claims. Engoron had previously gagged Trump and his defense lawyers from commenting on strange notes being passed between Judge Engoron and his so-called law clerk during the civil trial. But with the gag order stayed, Trump and his defense team are now free to discuss these issues – what will they say?

Trump’s defense submits their final reply in their motion to strike the inflammatory language from Jack Smith’s indictment. Why is the insurrection language necessary if Trump hasn’t been charged with insurrection?

Atlanta District Attorney Fani Willis does not like Harrison Floyd’s X-Posts (@hw_floyd) and is trying to throw him back in jail. Citing witness tampering and intimidation, Fani moved to revoke Floyd’s bond to stop him from speaking out. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.
