The old-style journalism — from ABC to The New York Times — might be dying off. But investigative journalist Matt Taibbi is optimistic that a new style of journalism will emerge.

Empty job sites are turning up all over the country in all kinds of lines of work — bakeries, construction, trucking, among other industries.Among the bakeries, those impacted include Bimbo Bread, Stroehmann, Mrs. Baird’s, Thomas’ muffins, Sara Lee and Entemann’s.
Obviously a lot of businesses hired illegal aliens, rather than citizens, because the businesses didn’t want to pay full wages or have workers complaining or forming unions. Will these businesses now hire citizens, or will they move plants to Mexico or elsewhere?
