Dems’ Latest Lawfare Move Fails

The far Left is upset that Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon is overseeing Special Counsel Jack Smith’s classified documents case against President Trump and is dead set on removing her.

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals quashed the Dems’ latest lawfare attack, dismissing the “orchestrated” campaign to oust Cannon. The Sekulow team of Jordan and Logan Sekulow offer more details, plus discuss the state of the 2024 Presidential election and U.S. foreign policy.

Bible-Baiting Returns

Jordan Sekulow reports the Bible-baiting that was commonplace from the 1980s through the early 2000s has again reared its ugly head today.

A case in point is a situation at a major Kansas hospital, where an employee tried to hold a Bible study with coworkers during the lunch hour in the building’s break room. The woman’s boss, who was out of the office at the time, called the woman to reprimand her and told her that Bible studies on hospital grounds are not allowed.

Sekulow says the ACLJ sent hospital officials a demand letter detailing their egregious misconduct. They’re message: “If they don’t fix this, we’ll take further legal action.” Jordan and brother, Logan Sekulow, explain further.

Putin, Biden Target Journalists

Official ACLJ’s Sekulow podcast reports that Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin have intensified their targeting of journalists.

Russia arrested an American reporter on alleged espionage charges, while Biden remains silent after the IRS recently showed up at a journalist’s house. Hosts Jordan and Logan Sekulow discuss both cases and what this means for America’s freedom of the press.

DA Charges Alec Baldwin!

Santa Fe District Attorney Mary Carmack-Alwies has charged Alec Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed with two counts each of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film Rust. Assistant director David Halls agreed to plea to negligent use of a deadly weapon.

ABC News’ Dan Abrams reports that the maximum sentence for involuntary manslaughter in New Mexico is 18 months, although the DA’s office added firearm enhancement to one of the charges, which would extend the sentence by a mandatory five years. The DA’s office said, “The evidence clearly shows a pattern of criminal disregard for safety on the Rust film set. In New Mexico, there’s no room for film sets that don’t take our commitment to gun safety and public safety seriously.” Here’s more from ABC News.

The legal team from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), featuring former President Trump counsel Jay Sekulow, brings more in-depth analysis of the charges.

DOJ Goes After Arizona

When Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey issued an executive order in August, ordering the placement of shipping containers along gaps in Arizona’s southern border wall, the move didn’t sit too well with government officials.

The feds have been fighting with the state ever since in an attempt  to force them to remove the containers. The Biden Administration’s DOJ has now gone a step further and sued the state. ACLJ’s Sekulow Team takes a closer look at the crisis and dives deeper into the lawsuit.

A New Era For Free Speech

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that Elon Musk has vowed to publish the Twitter files on free speech suppression. Musk went on to extol the virtues of free speech and claims that Apple has “threatened to withhold Twitter from its App store” shortly after he promised to release the files.

Will Americans soon find out the true depths of free speech suppression? Could this be the beginning of a new era for free speech? Here’s more analysis from Jordan and Logan Sekulow.

Musk Is Biden’s New Boogeyman

President Biden recently said, “I think that Elon Musk’s cooperation and/or technical relationships with other countries is worthy of being looked at, whether or not he is doing anything inappropriate.” Which begs the question: Is Musk Biden’s new boogeyman? The Sekulow team breaks down Biden’s statement in this episode of ACLJ.

Biden Tests Positive For Covid

ACLJ’s Jay Sekulow reports that White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has announced President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19. Sekulow says Biden’s symptoms are minimal, he’s on the anti-viral medication Paxlovid and will be working out of the White House. Sekulow and the rest of the ACLJ team analyze the ramifications of the report.

Meanwhile, Just Informed Talk sorts out the mysterious way in which Biden announced that he has cancer. While the liberal media are now panning the announcement as a gaffe, JustInformed Talk believes it stands to reason this might truly be the path taken by the Democrat Party to finally replace Biden. Here’s his take.

Kamal Kharrazi, advisor to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, claimed over the weekend that Iran now has the technical means to produce the bomb, but hasn’t made a decision on whether to build one.
