Save Our Children

Jamie Dlux takes part in a protest march Saturday in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, aimed at stopping pedophilia and child sex trafficking. We look for more marches along these lines as more people become aware of how organized thugs have been stealing away and brutalizing our children. These thugs must be stopped, no matter how powerful they are or who is their ally. The time has come to make our streets safe again for children!

Meanwhile, Dave Icke speaks at Trafalgar Square in London at the Unite for Freedom Rally, also on Saturday. In addition, there was a massive rally in Berlin, Germany, targeting the coronavirus lockdown. Worldwide, the public has had it with the massive censorship and efforts to control our movements and strip away our freedoms. At the top of our list of grievances, we want safety for our children, and no more lies from the mainstream media to protect pedophiles or sex traffickers!

Bannon Facing Fraud Charge

Former South Carolina Congressman and Fox News contributor Trey Gowdy says Steve Bannon’s recent arrest for defrauding “We Build the Wall” donors is a classic fraud scheme. The allegation says that Bannon, former chief strategist for the Trump Administration, and his accomplices ran money donated to the private fund-raising effort through a shell company by using fake invoices and a sham vendor arrangement to defraud donors of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Gowdy, appearing on Fox News, tells reporter Trace Gallagher, “The indictment is a formal charge, it is not evidence, but what you just laid out, what the Southern District [of New York] just laid out is a classic fraud scheme.” Bannon was released on a $5 million bond and his travel restricted to the New York and Washington, D.C. areas. Here’s more with Gowdy and Gallagher.

Virus Survivor Tells His Story

Former South Carolina Gov. David Beasely shares his frightening, first-hand experience with COVID-19. A frequent globetrotter as director of the United Nations World Food Programme, Beasely says he recently spent a good amount of time in the Middle East, was tested twice for the coronavirus and was fine. “I don’t think I picked it up there, but I flew back to the United States where I thought I would be much safer,” Beasely says. “And somewhere in that week, whether it was at the airport or maybe South Carolina or Canada, I picked it up.” He gives us the details on “Huckabee,” with host Mike Huckabee.

Hold China Accountable

The Trump administration is reportedly weighing legal action over alleged allegations that China hoarded critical medical supplies to potentially corner the market on the stuff. A senior legal advisor to the president told the New York Post that intentional, premeditated action like this could be considered akin to first-degree murder. Fox News contributor and former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy says the United States doesn’t need to go to court. “You can hit them where it hurts the most, you can ostracize them on the world stage, you can quit letting their students come here and study. But most importantly, you can start deducting the amount of money we owe them and other countries owe them, and then see what China’s reaction is.” Here’s more from Gowdy and FNC anchor Steve Doocy.

Chief Justice Attempts Suicide

Dick Morris tells the story of John Rutledge of South Carolina, the only Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court to ever attempt suicide while in office. Fascinating tale of the rising tensions with Great Britain, leading up to the War of 1812.

Democrats Defeated Again

The Democrats lost both Congressional special elections today in Georgia and South Carolina, as the Leftist party remains mired in a losing streak that shows no signs of letting up. In South Carolina, Republican Ralph Norman beat back Democrat Archie Parnell to hold control of the seat vacated by Mick Mulvaney, tapped by President Donald Trump to serve as director of the Office of Management and Budget. In Georgia, in a Congressional district encompassing the suburbs of Atlanta, Republican Karen Mandel won by about 5 percent over Democrat Jon Ossoff.

The liberal press, of course, had been agitating for an Ossoff victory and the race became the most expensive in US history. But as Greg Gutfeld pointed out today on Fox News, while Ossoff was the darling of liberal California donors, he never connected with the folks from Georgia.

One of these years, the Democrats might actually start winning some races again. But first, they are going to need to do what parties normally do following massive defeats, and that’s engage in some real, honest soul searching and try to formulate a few plans and positions that will appeal to a majority of voters. Just turning violent and more radical, and frothing at the mouth over Trump, and blaming the Russians for all of their boondoggles, is never going to appeal to a majority of Americans.

It’s A Joke, Son!

Today’s Trillion Dollar Movie, It’s a Joke, Son!, shouldn’t be half as funny as it is. Besides being about as politically incorrect as a film could be nowadays, this 1947 comedy essentially has one punchline that it replays over and over again for the duration of its 63-minute running time. But the joke never gets stale when delivered by Kenny Delmar, starring as Beauregard Claghorn, a blustery and unrepentant Southern sympathizer who might be the last man on the planet willing to invest in Confederate Army Victory Bonds.

Just how ironclad is Claghorn’s allegiance to Dixie? Well, besides slugging down mint juleps like they were 64-ounce Cherry Slurpees, he adamantly refuses to eat Boston baked beans, or even apples grown north of the Mason-Dixon line. He hails from South Carolina, and argues that its sister state, North Carolina, should be rechristened as “Upper South Carolina.”  When he hears “I Wish I Was In Dixie,” Claghorn salutes the National Anthem.

It’s a Joke, Son! has a silly plot, tangling Claghorn up against a Northern-mob outfit that wants to sabotage the state senate campaign of his strong-willed wife, Magnolia, who has the backing of the patriotic women’s group, the Daughters of Dixie. Claghorn is playing out of his league, but he has a motley crew of allies, including a wonder dog named Daisy and an ice cream truck man who’s sweet on his daughter. No, none of it’s believable, but it’s often hilarious — a valiant attempt to re-create on the screen a beloved comic character that Delmar perfected on the radio as announcer for Fred Allen’s Alley Show. Delmar bears a distinct resemblance to Jon Stewart, and like him, seems to have mastered the art of doing befuddled double-takes.

If you think you recognize Claghorn’s daughter, you probably do. She’s played by a very young June Lockhart, years ahead of her appearances on Lassie or Lost in Space. It’s a Joke, Son! proved to be a one-hit wonder. Dreams of serializing the comedy never came to pass. But Delmar’s character gained immortality through the cartoons. The bombastic Warners Brothers rooster, Foghorn Leghorn, is a thinly veiled copycat of Beauregard Claghorn. Enjoy, and do return next Friday for another Trillion $ Movie.

The Goose-Stepping Democrats

Three Democratic dimwits have made headlines by playing the Nazi card against Republicans. South Carolina’s Democratic Party Chairman Dick Harpootlian was among these slanderous slugs, likening his state’s governor, Nikki Haley, to Hitler’s down-in-the-bunker mistress Eva Braun. Here’s how Harpootlian explained his outrageous claims.

Harpootlian admits he engaged in hyperbole and mudslinging, citing the heat of political combat as his excuse. One might be inclined to forgive him, except his comments came in tandem with similar charges leveled by Kansas Democratic Labor Committee president Pat Lehman and John Burton, the Democratic party chairman from California, who both asserted that the GOP had taken a page out of Joseph Goebbels’ playbook by spreading “The Big Lie” during the Republican Convention in Tampa.

So, are the Democrats getting swept up in the fever-pitch of their emotions, or are they engaged in a cold, calculated effort to plant a false, half-cocked meme? In answer to that, let’s dial the clock back to when the GOP waged the good fight against Obamacare. How did US Congressman Steve Cohen, a Tennessee Democrat, react to the opposition? Listen to him speak on the floor of the House.

In short, the Democrats have been persistently pounding the drum, engaging in a bombastic and brazen campaign to tar Republicans with the stench of Nazism. The biggest problem with that? It’s the Democrats whose policies, by and large, replicate those of Adolf Hitler. How, you ask? Let’s examine the brutal truths.

  • Between 1933 and 1939, in the build-up to WWII, Hitler’s National Socialist government collected revenues of 62 billion marks, but spent 101 billion marks, disregarding the ever-increasing deficits while amassing a national debt exceeding 38 billion marks. Sound familiar?
  • To try to stimulate Germany’s economy and erase the deficits, Hitler abolished the gold standard and enacted Keynesian policies, involving large governmental and public works projects as a means to close the gap and reduce unemployment. Ring a bell?
  • At the same time, Hitler pushed a trade policy called autarky — designed to discourage open and free trade with other nations, except for vital, raw resources needed to develop Germany’s military arsenal. When President George W. Bush took office, the United States had free-trade agreements in place with only three nations — Canada, Mexico and Israel. Bush negotiated 14 additional such agreements. President Obama has negotiated none on his own, but did sign into law pacts with Colombia, Panama and South Korea put into motion in the Bush years.
  • Hitler consolidated and nationalized key German industries, viewing capitalism with disdain as being brutal and unjust. He presented himself as a champion for workers’ rights, but insisted the workers submerge their individual wills to the collective good of the whole, as embodied by the state.  Interesting that the Democrats showcased a video at their convention in Charlotte on the theme “We All Belong to the Government.”

  • Hitler hated smoking, was a vegetarian, an ardent environmentalist and favored stringent gun control measures for the general public. Does that sound like any Democrats you know?
  • The Nazis were the first government to widely disseminate contraceptives as part of a larger policy, involving enforced sterilizations and euthanasia, aimed against non-Aryans. How many speakers in Charlotte railed about contraceptives? Essentially, everyone who took the podium. True, they talked about birth control as a right, and not as something sinister. But they did not present it as a God-given right, having already removed any religious reference whatsoever from their party platform.
  • They also had stricken the platform’s longstanding language to proclaim Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. I’m not going to argue that decision equates morally with Hitler’s extermination of 6 million Jews. But I will say this, and say it without hesitation. When I meet people who are anti-Semitic these days, they are not generally right-leaning wingnuts, but rather the loons who occupy the so-called “Progressive” wing of the Democratic Party. These folks have grown more strident and shrill over the last few years, emboldened in their arrogance by the false messiah they put into the White House.

Is Obama Der Fuehrer? Are Democrats his brownshirt disciples? Unlike Misters Harpootlian, Burton and Cohen, and Ms. Lehman, I’ll give the donkey’s asses the benefit of the doubt. Few of them, I’m convinced, know enough about history to understand just how dangerously naive, or potentially insidious, their policies are. That said, it’s incumbent upon the rest of us, whether we’re Republicans, Libertarians, independents or otherwise — to push back and do whatever we can to restrain and ridicule the worst of the Democrats’ extremist tendencies.

I won’t attempt to tell you what you must do, because that’s really your own individual call to make, in accordance with your own religious and political beliefs.  All I’ll say here: The Democrats should be looking into the mirror before slinging around allegations of Nazism. Shame on them and their enablers in the media, Hollywood and academia. When you’re talking Nazism, the boot fits them a lot more closely like a glove, than ever could be applied to any of us who believe in free markets, the free exchange of ideas and individuals exercising independent thought.
