House Trashes 4th Amendment

The House of Representatives recently voted FOR an extension of FISA Section 702, which allows for the warrantless surveillance of American citizens in certain cases.

But this wasn’t a Democratic effort. 147 Republicans voted for it along with most of the Democrats. Glenn Beck speaks with one of the Republicans who opposed the extension, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), who believes Congress just “threw away the 4th Amendment.”

Rep. Massie explains the dirty tricks that the House used to pass the extension, including tying it to a defense package and giving legislators a “false choice” to either pass it or doom the world. So, is there any hope that this can be fixed?

Biden Wants More Spying

President Joe Biden is seeking to renew and expand his domestic spying. his administration has conducted far broader censorship than any previous American administration, yet it’s apparently not enough.

Here, one of Biden’s strongest critics, Utah Senator Mike Lee, speaks out with Glenn Greenwald. They get into the efforts to widen the U.S. Patriot Act. They also discuss the long history by the United States in silencing critics of Israel, whether they are on campus or operating in the larger world.

FBI’s Election Cheat Sheet

ACLJ’s Jay and Jordan Sekulow report on new information about attacks on election integrity from within the Biden Administration. Jay Sekulow says an FBI whistleblower provided a document to Project Veritas that reportedly shows the FBI classifying misinformation as an election crime.

Not surprisingly, the document is titled “2022 Midterm Elections Social Media Analysis Cheat Sheet.” Sekulow says the document claims that the FBI is looking into these so-called election crimes. The document not only includes terms banned on social media, such as “voter ballot fraud,” but it also lists both misinformation and disinformation. According to the FBI document, disinformation is defined as “false or inaccurate information intended to mislead others,” whether done mistakenly or unintentional.

“It’s a total violation of the 1st Amendment. It violates the due process clause of the 4th Amendment. It’s absurd,” Sekulow says. Here’s more.

Insane Covid Passport Proposal

President Joe Biden is proposing that only people who get vaccinated would be eligible to obtain passports. This idea is insane and should not be tolerated. It is a blatant violation of the HIPPA, or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. In addition, Biden stands in violation of the 4th Amendment as well. Tim Pool says the vaccine passports have already launched across the United States. New York is aggressively testing just such a system. These will be even more insidious than the face masks. If you don’t have proof of a vaccine, you might not get into grocery stores, let alone be able to board a plane or travel abroad.

Many Democrats seem to be wholly onboard with the idea of a vaccine passport system and even some establishment Republicans. The launch of New York’s vaccine passport app and the story about Joe Biden’s plan has sparked a fierce debate over the ethics with CNN even questioning if this was too authoritarian. Maybe it’s time to start hanging some of the politicians pushing these criminal mandates!

Exception to 4th Amendment

An exception to the 4th Amendment may allow for searches of your home without a warrant. The Supreme Court announced plans to hear arguments on a case regarding a “community caretaking exception,” which give authorities the right to enter your residence sans a warrant.

The exception first originated due to police searching an abandoned car, but its powers may soon be expanded. Glenn Beck explains what the exception means and the ramifications of it if SCOTUS rules in favor of the case in this segment of Blaze TV.
