Trump Dismantles D.E.I.

Donald Trump has barely started his second presidency and he’s already hitting the ground running! Glenn Beck and his sidekick Steve “Stu” Burguiere review what he’s doing to quickly purge Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies from the federal bureaucracy and make sure they can’t be hidden somewhere else.

Trump also put an end to affirmative action for federal contractors and universities, a massive shift towards prioritizing merit again: “They are going for the roots of these problems.”

Glenn also highlights some other massive wins in the first few days of Trump’s return: The failed head of the Coast Guard was fired, Republicans are moving to revoke the FACE Act, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has told US Embassies to stop flying Pride flags and Trump has instructed departments to prioritize an “architectural renaissance” that focuses on “beauty.” Here’s more from Blaze TV.

The Los Angeles wildfires are big news. But still, the media has a definite bias and a certain slant on this calamity.  There are lots of things the press just won’t tell you.

She opens with Stewart Resnick, the wealthiest farmer in the United States, who calls his firm The Wonderful Company. He sells Fiji water and POM Wonderful as well as Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds, among many other products.

Who’s To Blame For Wildfires?

The Los Angeles Fire Department was caught flat footed, unable to fight the conflagrations popping up all over the county. The reasons seem to be a lack of foresight and preparation, insufficient resources like water, equipment, and manpower, plus the implementation of DEI standards which place sexual behavior and race above ability.

Incompetence Fuels LA Blazes

Leftist incompetence is on full display in California, where wildfires have raged across wide swaths of the state’s forests, while also destroying homes and whole communities. There are actually four separate fires, the largest called the Palisades Fire, and none of these blazes have been contained. They have now consumed, in total, more than 4,000 acres.

Much of the firefighting equipment doesn’t work, and crews are nowhere near the size to battle the blazes.  Hydrants are turning up dry, so crews couldn’t really fight the fires anyway, even if they were at full staffing.

Meanwhile, not only is Gov. Gavin Newsom failing to address the problem, but what about Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass? She’s not even in the city, but gallivanting around the world, traveling to the African nation of Ghana for its presidential inauguration ceremonies. Also drawing plenty of heat: Kristin Crowley, the LGBTQ Fire Chief of Los Angeles, whose DEI (diversity, equality and inclusion) policies have driven away many competent fire fighters.

DOGE Gets The Green Light

DOGE — the mega operation by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy — gets the green light. DOGE stands for the Department of Government Efficiency. Musk and Ramaswamy will be looking across all of the operations of federal government, seeking ways to cut spending. Some agencies might be trimmed here and there, while other agencies  might be totally eliminated.

Meanwhile, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) is falling by the wayside since the election. Walmart is the latest corporation to announce it will be ending its DEI overtures.

Elsewhere, free speech remains under attack, but President Donald Trump is winning major concessions. Not only are the lawfare cases against him being dropped, but he is already persuading nations like Mexico to adopt a tougher attitude toward illegal aliens crossing through Mexican territory. How FEMA Became A Mess!

“The number one goal of FEMA is to instill equity in emergency management. It’s not to save lives. It’s not to create stronger communities that will weather future disasters,” revealed Kelsey Goodman, a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Emergency Manager for REGION 4.
