Regina Wallace-Jones, the CEO of Act Blue, repeatedly pleads the Fifth Amendment, declining to answer, as she’s grilled by members of the U.S. House over whether Act Blue illegally took foreign money to fund the campaigns of Democratic leftists. At this point, the political theatrical is no longer particularly relevant.
It’s clear the Democrats took foreign money. The main question that remains: How much cash are we talking about? Jim Jordan, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, alleged the figure in question is approaching the $38 million range, but that remains to be be proven.
Will anyone at Act Blue, say Regina Wallace-Jones, go to jail for the organization’s blatant fraud? What can be done to stop this criminal activity in the future? Here’s more from Trish Regan.

Steve Turley says President Donald Trump has a bold move he could make to reverse the Democrats’ stranglehold over Virginia and restore fair election procedures and districts.
The move? Restore Arlington County in Virginia to the District of Columbia, as it originally was. Arlington voters — mostly composed of fat-assed federal workers — voted 4 to 1 in favor of the Democratic redistricting. The measure would have failed by a large margin if Arlington County is no longer part of Virginia.
Let’s hope Trump does so, if for no other reason than to get the Democrats’ goat! They will have to get up a little earlier, and work much harder, if they want to defeat him or stop the Republican juggernaut building around the country.
Political commentator Juan O’Savin tells David “Nino” Rodriguez that the Virginia Democrats cheated and used election fraud involving fake mail-in ballots to get the slim voting approval of their redistricting. This time, however, it’s going to blow up right in their cheating faces!
The “white hats” have caught the perpetrators “red handed” and have enough evidence to get them behind bars. O’Savin says charges will likely be filed — and not years from now, but in a matters of days!
Fascinating Super Bowl comms explored. Have we seen a return of Batman — and Robin? Can we expect more turmoil this week? Will there be another attempt by the wicked Democrats to shut down the federal government? Be prepared for what is to come.
Meanwhile, we saw leftist traitors on the U.S. Olympic team who badmouthed the nation on the global stage. It comes as little surprise they all hail from shithole states like New York and Oregon. These are states that do not adhere to American law nor our moral practices. When you have vile trash like Jeffrey Epstein and his cannibal crews in your midst, it’s little wonder you no longer have a clear compass.
Speaking of Esptein, Ghislaine Maxwell testified before the U.S. House on Monday, but mostly evaded questioning, pleading the fifth amendment. We should all pray, especially for the young victims raped and murdered by these low-life bastards! Here’s more from And We Know.
Former Trump Prosecutor Mark Pomerantz invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer questions about his role in prosecuting Trump while at Alvin Bragg’s office.

Convicted sex offender Bill Cosby is a free man. In a shocking ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Cosby’s conviction was overturned and he was released from prison on Wednesday on the basis that his due process rights were violated.
The decision revolves around the case of victim Andrea Constand, who alleged that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2004. Constand didn’t file formal charges until 2005, presenting a mound of problems for the Montgomery County, Pa., District Attorney Bruce Castor, who determined there was not enough corroborating evidence to prosecute Cosby. So, in a public statement, he announced Cosby would not be prosecuted criminally, allowing Constand to pursue a civil case, where the iconic actor would be forced to testify under penalty of perjury and without the benefit of his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.
Cosby, 83, who had already served two years of his previous conviction, felt obliged to testify on his behalf, but made several incriminating statements during the trial. Castor’s successors determined they were not bound by his earlier decision and proceeded to use Cosby’s statements at a later criminal trial involving other victims. Viva Frei’s David Freiheit puts in all in perspective.
IRS officials are either big Dave Chappelle fans or else their penchant for pleading the Fifth is a grand hypocrisy, seeing as how they stand accused of trampling the First Amendment, as well as violating citizens’ Fourth Amendment rights. Judge Jeanine takes the rogue agency to task.
