Explosive Evidence: Case Closed!

Case closed! This tape is quick, and a stunner. A previously unheard tape proves Donald Trump had no idea what Michael Cohen was up to when he allegedly okayed a payment to Stormy Daniels. In fact, judging by this tape and Hope Hicks, his testimony, along with David Peck’s testimony, it appears as though the entire payment was facilitated by Michael Cohen without the knowledge of Donald Trump.

If true, why did the prosecutor Alvin Bragg bring the case? Politics! And this is ladies and gentlemen – precisely why Donald Trump is moving higher and higher in the polls. I have the latest. Here’s more from Trish Regan.

Trump Show Trial Collapsing

In today’s live edition of The Trish Regan Show, I’m all over the testimony from Michael Cohen. Shockingly, prosecutors bet their case on an unreliable witness and the reality of that decision is pushing their case against Donald Trump to the brink of collapse.

At this point, the politics of the situation have grown so obvious and so bad, that even CNN hosts are calling out the case as being purely political.

All this as a brand new poll shows Donald Trump ahead in five out of six swing states — and with an increasingly path to 270 electoral votes. Poor MSNBC is grasping at straws – sounding desperate and ridiculous and, even boring!

Trump Court Cases Crumbling

The Democrats hastily threw together their array of indictments and court cases against former President Donald Trump, but now, every last one of these phony show trials is starting to crumble, or has already been swept away. Justice will prevail and the Democrats will have to face Trump, whether they like him or not. They not only will face Trump, but also the wrath of the American people.

Much more news is being released about the harmful vaccine jabs. And even CNN is giving Joe Biden a hard time now, reflecting the public’s growing mistrust of the alleged president. Here’s more from And We Know.

In today’s live edition of The Trish Regan Show, I’m covering the stark warning from Judge Merchan to Alvin Bragg and his prosecutorial team: Tell Michael Cohen to knock it off!

Cohen is set to take the stand on Monday and ahead of that, he’s talking nonstop on TikTok about the case – and it’s a huge problem. This, combined with Stormy’s unnecessarily excessive testimony this week, suggests trouble ahead.

Stormy Daniels falsified her OWN business records, according to her former lawyer Michael Avenatti. Issuing a statement from prison, Avenatti explains the inner workings of the NBC documentary scam, created to help Stormy smear Trump and pay off her debts.

New York’s Kangaroo Court

The New York “hush money” court case against former President Donald Trump is nothing but a kangaroo court. In one corner, you have Fat Albert — District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

In another corner, you can find the judge, Juan Merchan, an emigrant to this country from Colombia. He applies the styles of corruption seen across so many Latin American countries to American jurisprudence, turning our once-vaunted legal system into trash.

Why is Merchan so intent to keep Trump from attending his son Barron’s high school graduation ceremony? Is Merchan’s real intent to try and prevent Trump from campaigning, seeing as how the Democrats’ incompetent and inept President Joe Biden is still mostly locked away in his basement?

Democrat Prosecutor Alvin Bragg submitted his motion to hold former President Donald Trump in contempt for his Truth Social posts, defending himself against Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen.
