Dominion Drops Lindell Lawsuit

Dominion has dropped its $1.2 billion lawsuit against Mike Lindell. The voting machine company had charged Lindell defamed them when he said their voting machines can be manipulated electronically to produce phony results.

Lindell says he will continue to work to eliminate these voting machines and restore the use of paper ballots that can be physically counted. Here’s more from M.J. Truth.

Fraud Uncovered In Los Angeles

The federal Fraud Task Force has shut down more than 800 hospices engaged in shady practices in Los Angeles, accounting for an estimated $1.4 billion in fraudulent payments. Here, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joins members of the U.S. Department of Justice to discuss cleanup operations occurring in California.

Some of the hospices under review will be allowed to reopen, but as many as half of them will never again be permitted to operate, owing to fraudulent claims they have placed to illegally obtain federal subsidies. Here’s more from M.J. Truth.

2020 Election ‘Definitely Rigged’

U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche tells Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo that the 2020 presidential election was “definitely rigged.”

Why is it taking so long to prove that? Blanche says reconstructing the methods used to cheat in an election conducted years ago involves quite a bit of “good, old-fashioned police work.” That’s what taking time to reconstruct.

He promises, though, the wait will be worth our while. He also says to expect proof in states where the probe has been most focused, like Arizona and Georgia. Here’s more from a clip by M.J. Truth.

Suspect A California ‘Teacher’

The 31-year-old would-be assassin, who tried to kill President Donald Trump Saturday night, was a college prep instructor from Torrance, Calif. Identified as the purported assassin: Cole Tomas Allen, a C2 instructor who had recently received a Teacher of the Month award from the Los Angeles County School District.

Allen reportedly assembled his weapon while on site inside the Hilton Inn at Washington D.C., the location of the White House correspondents’ Association dinner that had invited Trump to speak. Trump eluded the assassin and none of Trump’s entourage was injured, including Melania Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance and a variety of cabinet officers. A Secret Service agent was hit by a shot, but, he too, was wearing a protective vest, so he also escaped injury.

We now know a bit more about the would-be assassin. Yes, he was apparently left-leaning, as receipts indicate he had donated $25 to Kamala Harris when she ran against Trump in 2024. He was a California Institute of Technology mechanical engineering graduate who developed a video game called Bohrdom, described as an atomic fighting game, on the Steam platform.

He also spent a summer as an intern at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Authorities were ransacking Allen’s apartment in Torrance for any further diaries, computers, letters or other devices that might shed a light on this felon’s violent fetishes. Here, in a clip from M.J. Truth, Trump addresses the press following the assassination attempt. He says assassins often target presidents who are impactful.

Todd Blanche Activated As AG

Todd Blanche is becoming the acting U.S. Attorney General after it was announced Pam Bondi would be leaving to take a different post in the Trump administration.

It’s not clear yet what Bondi will be doing. Nor do we know whether Blanche is being viewed to take over as AG or simply serve as a caretaker for a short period of time. Here’s more from Fox News, relayed by M.J. Truth.

Vance Charges Ilhan With Fraud

Vice President J.D. Vance says U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud and ought to be deported back to Somalia.

This comes after Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez also is charged with ethics violations, centering around a payment of more than $19,000 to a “ketamine” doctor. Records from the Federal Election Commission show that AOC spent campaign contributions to hire a ketamine doctor — a Boston-based psychiatrist Brian Boyle — to conduct a leadership training session. Boyle specializes in ketamine therapy as well as treatment for depression and narcissistic personality disorders.

Likely the bigger bombshell, though, involves Vance and Omar. We will have to see if the charges lead to an actual deportation hearing. Or is this just the usual political kabuki? Here’s more from Trish Regan.

Here, Vance tells Benny Johnson that part of the problem arises because the federal government has not been prosecuting fraud cases involving amounts less than $1.5 million. Sometimes, says Vance, you need to go after the little fish and fraudsters so they will lead you to the bigger whale-like fraudsters.

Vance says the U.S. Justice Department is working to revise its policies so they stand a better chance to prosecute any and all fraud — large and small. Here’s a clip of the Vance-Johnson interview from M.J. Truth.

Security Guard Snuffed Out

One of U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett’s trusted security guards has died following a gun battle with members of the Dallas Texas Police Department’s SWAT team. The hotheaded Congresswoman wasn’t present at the time.

Mike King, the security guard in question, had been under surveillance for impersonating an officer and stealing license plates from vehicles parked near a military installation.

He died after holing himself up in a hospital parking garage in the 1900 block of Medical District Drive. SWAT officers had tried to approach him, leading to him dashing into his car and driving into the garage, where the confrontation followed. Here’s more from M.J. Truth.

A Terrorist Meets His Death

Students at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, took down an Islamic terrorist and killed him with their bare hands. The dead terrorist — 36-year-old Mohamed Bailor Jalloh — entered a classroom at the university and shot and killed the instructor, while injuring two others.

Students grappled with Jalloh and subdued him. Rather than hold him for police or the criminal justice to take over, one of the students simply knifed Jalloh, killing him on the spot.

Jalloh is a former Virginia National Guardsman. He had been imprisoned in 2016 for supplying financial support to the terrorist group ISIS. While he had been sentenced to serve 11 years in prison, he was released early in December 2024. He lived in Sterling, Virginia, and was originally from Sierra Leone. Here’s more from M.J. Truth.
