McGiver Faces Years In Prison

U.S. Rep. LaMonica McIver, the Democrat who broadsided federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Newark, New Jersey, has now been indicted for her role in the violent scuffle on May 9 outside a Newark detention facility. She was slapped with federal charges alleging that she impeded and interfered with the ICE agents as they were attempting to arrest Newark Mayor Ras Baraka.

Charges were filed against McGiver by Alina Habba, the acting US attorney for New Jersey and a longtime aide and ally of President Donald Trump. McGiver could be imprisoned for as long as 17 years if all of the charges brought against her are upheld. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.

Newly declassified intel reveals Joe Biden’s administration labeled dissenting Americans as domestic terror threats. The chief agencies taking part in the determination: the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the National Counterterrorism Center.

Owens Receives Death Threat

On Friday, we reported Amanda Ekpunobi’s claims that she has been harassed by a stalker. Ekpunobi disappeared for a month, but has now returned online, saying she refuses to silence herself to appease those opposed to her conservative views.

Now, another conservative commentator has received harassment because of her online commentary — Candace Owens.  In Owens’ case, the harassment was even more severe as a New Jersey man, 47-year-old Haim Braverman of Morris Plains, threatened to kill her.

Braverman pleaded guilty before District Court Judge Evelyn Padin in Newark. He faces up to five years in jail and a $250,000 fine. Apparently, he was angered about comments Owens made regarding Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the late leader of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. Here’s a report from the WTF News Channel.

Dems Storm The Barricades

Democratic Congresswoman LaMonica McIver and a group of Antifa goons broke into an ICE facility in Newark, New Jersey. During the ensuing scuffle, McIver managed to land at least one Mostly Peaceful punch on a law enforcement officer and now the U.S. Justice Department has decided to write a strongly worded let— wait, WHAT?! The DOJ is PRESSING CHARGES?

Justice Charging Jersey Rep

The Justice Department is set to bring charges against Rep. LaMonica McIver of Newark following a confrontation with federal immigration agents at Delaney Hall detention center last week. Sources indicate that interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba may announce the charges as early as today, with McIver potentially turning herself in this afternoon. She will be represented by Paul Fishman, a former U.S. Attorney for New Jersey.

The incident occurred during an oversight visit on May 9, when McIver, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, and Representatives Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez visited the facility that recently began housing immigrant detainees. The situation escalated when Baraka was arrested by federal authorities for alleged trespassing, leading to a scuffle involving the representatives, ICE agents, and protesters. Let Them Die On This Hill

Democrats keep dying on the hill trying to promote illegal immigration. Guess what, goons? The vast majority of Americans stand opposed to your leftist stance.

We are not opposed to immigration. But we are opposed to unregulated immigration, allowing nations like Venezuela and Colombia to send us their rapists and murderers. These countries need to take care of their own trash.

The latest skirmish involving flagrant Democratic fighting against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement came in Newark, New Jersey where a U.S. Rep, no less, and the mayor of Newark openly fought with ICE agents. On Fox News Tuesday night, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said, “We had members of Congress assaulting law enforcement officers. They were cooperating with criminals to create criminal acts and then they are saying that they were providing oversight. This wasn’t oversight, this was committing felonies.”

We concur. These political activists — Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and U.S. Rep. LaMonica McGiver — should be jailed for their flagrant abuse of American law. Here’s more from the Liberal Hivemind.
